Absolutely unacceptable! They charged me $383 for medication that I normally get for $120. Then, they CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT for the $383! When I called to tell them I did not authorize that amount, Brittany Novak, the pharmacy manager, called me a liar, and said that the tech and weekend pharmacist said that I approved that amount. THERE IS NOTHING WITH MY SIGNATURE ON IT FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY! ? NEVER APPROVED IT!
They are all lying, covering their mistake. I tried to get them to pull the recordings to prove that I was never given the total, and never approved of that charge, there are no recording?!?! Smh. I had to call corporate to get help. WATCH YOUR CHARGES!!! CVS PACE will rob you!

Pharmacy workers are Rude and not helpful at all! The workers in the store on the other hand are super nice and very helpful!!

Professional and friendly. They reminded me of the vaccines that I needed and I was able to get the vaccines in a matter of minutes. Great job!!

Regarding the minute clinic, save your money and time and go somewhere else. The young, blonde lady that was working the day I went in was trying to refuse to see me. Saying if I had covid or some kind of infection, I just need to “let it run its course”. After arguing for what felt like 10 minutes about how I still wanted to be seen, she rudely told me to come back. And from there on she was extremely rude and rough and clearly annoyed with me. Sorry you had to do your job? I almost wanted to walk out in the middle of everything because of how she was acting and speaking towards me. Never coming back.

I just have to brag for a moment about the manager Kim. She is so outgoing, always greeting everyone with a huge smile ? She is sweetest person in the world & does her job very well! She always goes above & beyond her duties. They needed her help in the pharmacy last night & she was happy to assist! I’m in there every week & she goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcomed in her store. Best decision you ever made was hiring that angel ?

Was told by two employees to come back on a certain day and time for a shot but was greeted by a rude intern who didn't do an effort to accommodate me. Told me to come back two days later. Switching to pharmacy on Woodbine Road.

The majority of the pharmacy technicians are extremely pleasant! The director of the pharmacy is exceptional, observing him attend to a queue of six people efficiently and with a high level of professionalism, calmness and friendliness. From an external perspective, it may seem like they lack enough staff occasionally. Nevertheless, he manages to provide individual attention to each customer, treating them as if they hold a significant position within the company. CVS is blessed to have a great director with his work ethic and his ability to deliver a positive experience!
