I just went to your pharmacy to pick up my medication and there was a lady that had a lip ring and nose ring this looks very unprofessional and gross with a bad appearance and needs to stop !

Regarding the minute clinic, save your money and time and go somewhere else. The young, blonde lady that was working the day I went in was trying to refuse to see me. Saying if I had covid or some kind of infection, I just need to “let it run its course”. After arguing for what felt like 10 minutes about how I still wanted to be seen, she rudely told me to come back. And from there on she was extremely rude and rough and clearly annoyed with me. Sorry you had to do your job? I almost wanted to walk out in the middle of everything because of how she was acting and speaking towards me. Never coming back.

I just have to brag for a moment about the manager Kim. She is so outgoing, always greeting everyone with a huge smile ? She is sweetest person in the world & does her job very well! She always goes above & beyond her duties. They needed her help in the pharmacy last night & she was happy to assist! I’m in there every week & she goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcomed in her store. Best decision you ever made was hiring that angel ?

Was told by two employees to come back on a certain day and time for a shot but was greeted by a rude intern who didn't do an effort to accommodate me. Told me to come back two days later. Switching to pharmacy on Woodbine Road.

The majority of the pharmacy technicians are extremely pleasant! The director of the pharmacy is exceptional, observing him attend to a queue of six people efficiently and with a high level of professionalism, calmness and friendliness. From an external perspective, it may seem like they lack enough staff occasionally. Nevertheless, he manages to provide individual attention to each customer, treating them as if they hold a significant position within the company. CVS is blessed to have a great director with his work ethic and his ability to deliver a positive experience!

I had a very positive experience from using the pharmacy. My 9 month old needed a prescription filled and the pharmacist called the Dr to verify the quantity and it was agreed that she needed a lower dose than what was prescribed. Glory to God for having the pharmacist check on the dose, and thank you Jaison for taking the time to review the dose and calling the Dr.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The whole staff acts like every person that comes to the cou ter is an inconvenience. If my insurance did not require me to use CVS, I would not go there.

If I could give them zero stars , I would!If you’re okay with very long wait lines, incompetent management / pharmacy techs and being insulted and threatened by their pharmacy staff then this is the store for you.

Don’t expect to be seen on time at “Minute Clinic”. One person was in front of me and she had been waiting an hour. Mind you, there was no one being seen by the nurse. She told us “I will be with you soon.” My appointment is 45 minutes past it’s time and there are 4 other people behind me. This is ridiculous. Definitely don’t go here if you have plans later on because you be stuck here all day. ?? not happy.
