Took my wife here to get her nails and toes done 4 days ago. Both of her big toes are effective and one of her nails already fell off. The guy doing them was on the phone the entire time talking not paying attention. I've read nothing but great reviews but after are experience we want be going back.
Update: Wifes nails done on Sunday and by the next Sunday all nails came off. Only lasted 7 days. Horrible, Horrible service and cheap glue the guy must have been useing.
2end update: My big toe became infected and has started turning green. Absolutely horrible place. Will be calling in the morning.

I love that I don’t feel rushed there and the pedicure massages are awesome.
Cleanliness: The spa is always very clean.
Stylist: Although I don’t recall her name I have used several here as I am in here every 2 weeks for nails and pedi they have always been very kind and professional. My nails always look beautiful.

Only went in for a fill in and pedicure, deluxe. It was 88 dollars. I didn't get gel polish on my toes, nor did I get the leg and foot massage nor the paraffin was dip on my feet. He charged me extra to "cut them back" without even letting know until I complained that it was only a fill in. I asked for stickers on my toes 3 times, and didn't get acknowledged. She never asked if I wanted anything to drink and they only spoke to each other, in their native language, instead of communicating with their customer. I will never go back! The fill in was so thin, it was already in need again, a week later! The polish on my toes was peeling off 3.days later!

Yeah the young man they have there in the mornings.. terrible. Poor attention to detail. Given him 2 try’s now and I leave with terrible results. Not happy at all and on top of that he gets up don’t even add cuticle oil and had a nerve to charge me $45 for a filling My nails Literally still has the previous nail polish on them

Highly disappointed with the service I just received. I went in for a manicure with paraffin wax. This guy was sick first off. No mask on just sniffing all over the place. He soaks my nails for less than 5 minutes. Uses bath and body works lotion to clean my cuticles. Oils my cuticles afterwards. Then he paints my nails!!! Are you crazy? I guess because I chose to get regular polish he decided to treat me differently. I’m glad I decided to get regular polish. It was my first time coming here, and if you can’t do a basic manicure correctly, that lets me know I don’t need to spend even more money here at this establishment. So he puts my polish on and then pulls out lotion again to lotion my arms and the palms of my hands. My finger are still ashy and finger nails are still wet! if he calls that a hand massage he needs to go back to nail school. I really went there because I needed a good manicure, hand massage, and paraffin waxed. I use a computer all day every day in my career and needed to give my hands some TLC . I spent $20 on this terrible manicure and tipped the guy $2. He really didn’t deserve that. This place needs to train their team how to do a basic manicure I’m so disappointed. Worst $22 I’ve ever paid. Oh let me not forget to add I didn’t even get the paraffin wax. I guess he forgot or didn’t care to do it. Just terrible. For my people coming here for the first time. Do not come. They can’t even do a manicure correctly. I could’ve stayed home and painted my own nails, put my own lotion on my arms and hands if I knew this was what I could’ve expected. And my service wasn’t even completed!! Ugh!
Requested style: I requested a manicure and paraffin wax. I didn’t receive any paraffin wax. Hand massages normally come with manicures all I got was some lotion slapped on the palms of my hands and lotion on my arms. What a waste of service.

My daughter and I leave out tomorrow for our first ever cruise so we stopped in for a fresh set. As always I used Timmy and he again slayed. My daughter used a lady we hadn't seen before at Chi but she is VERY happy with her nails.
Requested style: I always go in with an inspo pic for whatever I'm looking to get. Timmy always puts his special touch to it.
Stylist: I had Timmy. And I only ever use Timmy. He's absolutely amazing

My service was good- however, one of the younger men doing nails was having a screaming conversation on his phone while doing a customer’s nails! Ridiculous- and he did it twice! No way I am going back- it made me very nervous - all the yelling. Very bad

Worst customer service and very disappointed with management. Daughter provided picture of basic French manicure but instead of white tip wanted another basic color. Instead, received a manicure with a solid color. Spoke to someone acting as supervisor who answered phone yet couldn’t approve any refund or redo without calling the manager. Neither of these decision makers were on site. I was called back and told they would not refund for any unsatisfied service but would redo her nails for an additional charge.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I've been a loyal customer for 3 years now. Besides the full set I get and sometimes eyebrows waxed I always get gel polish and a number 7 pedicure which is 74$ They had someone that's never done my nails do my pedicure today and it was absolutely horrible. She butchered my toe nails completely, way over cut my nails, they're literally crooked, different sizes and the paint job is super bad. Even after someone tried to fix it, still it looked terrible and nothing could be done. I walked away worse than I came in, feeling super upset and all she did was take 10 dollars off of the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. I'm really disappointed because I have spent so much money here, always tip super well and no one stepped in even tho I made it very clear I was not happy.

Extremely happy with my nails every time. The last set I had lasted 5 weeks!! No breaking or lifting and still looked amazing. I absolutely love the service from the staff and results of the work requested. I also bring my daughters and they have had the same great experience I have. I’m so happy to have finally found a nail place that is consistent.
