The doctors and RN are amazing. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and down to earth. They are friendly and relatable as well. Been going here for years, so they know us, ask about our lives, and catch up when they see us.

I've been coming here for 3 years now. Never had any issue with either the doctors or any of the nurse practitioners. They are all great. The staff, however is another story. I have to call every month and have a prescription written out for me to pick up. Never once have I had to call less than 3 times. Usually it is 5 or 6 times before someone will finally get it done and call me back. This has been going on for several years. I usually start calling a week or so before my script is due so that I will have it in time. Yesterday I saw one of the doctors for an acute issue at 8 in the morning. He said he would send the medication to the pharmacy right away. I went to the pharmacy about 45 minutes later and it wasnt there. I called and the front desk sent me to voice mail. That was around 9:30. I called again at 11:30 because the pharmacy still didn't have it. The first person went to transfer me and hung up on me. I called right back and talked to Laura who transferred me right in the middle of me telling her what I needed. Voicemail again. I called back and after 27 minutes of being on hold, I used my son's phone to call again and surprisingly Laura picked right up.....mind you, I still had my phone in the other hand telling me that all associates are busy and my call would be answered as soon as possible. I would leave in a heartbeat if the doctors were not so good. They just really need to find a staff more qualified than most of the ones they have.

I had never had a primary care before as doctors visits make me EXTREMELY anxious. I had a new patient appointment today with Dr. Nall and loved her and this office! Good customer service from check in, to the RN exam, to the doctor herself! New patient exam, and bloodwork, and was out in about an hour!

Zero stars is not an option. And sorry this may be a bit long winded.

The people at the front desk are not good workers. I am generalizing because I get different ones each time I go. One set an appt after a visit I had in December, wrote time and date for January on a card for me, but when I had to change the date the beginning of January, they didn't even have me on their schedule at all. I had to make a new appointment, anyway. I was going to be late for an appt the other day by about 10 minutes. I was on hold on the phone for 25 minutes while driving there and still on hold when I arrived (10 minutes late). I still had to wait another 20-30 minutes to see the doctor. I called today to see about coming in with a bad cold, possible infection, so I pushed 1 to leave my name and a call back number after holding for a while. All that did was give me their old phone message mentioning Joyce Nichols (who has been gone a long time now) and asking me to hold or press 1 again. Not sure if I actually left a message for anyone or not. Very easy for them to call their own phone number from one of their cell phones to see how messed up their answering system is. And I have been in their before seeing them sitting there not on the phones, so where do our phone calls go? Seems to be plenty of people who could answer them. We have been going there for years. Ever since they built the new building, it has gone downhill.

Was a walk in, when I got there at 2:20, they told me I was the only walk in waiting so I would be next. After 2 hours, I inquired and they told me the same thing. Minutes after, another customer walked up and inquired why she wasn't called back yet and she had only been there may be a total of 30 minutes and they told her the same lie that they told me which was I was next in line. They called her back within 5 minutes while I waited another hour to be seen. My dissatisfaction is with the way that they schedule their time and not the doctors or the staff themself. I was sick and this was the third week and it took all I could do to drag out of bed to go to the doctor's office and then to have to wait 3 hours was totally uncalled for when you're so sick. I am seriously thinking of changing doctors because this is the pattern even when you have an appointment but in all the years I have been there, I have never had to wait three hours as a walk in. This is my regular doctor's office that I have used for almost 30 years. I think they need to be a lot more considerate of their patients. Last year I also had an experience with them in December when I tried to get an appointment for 3 weeks, I finally went in and they told me they would not seem walk-ins that day even though it was clearly on their schedule that was printed on the outside of their office by their window that they took walk-ins on this particular day. So when I finally did get an appointment the doctor wanted to know why I waited so long to come in... Seriously like it was my fault I had waited 3 weeks. I had not been back in one year because of the treatment that I received at that time and today I went and I got the same treatment. My time is just as important as theirs even though I know that they cannot always say an appointment is going to be a certain time. They should be more considerate and find a solution for this problem

I’d like to say I am a very patient person. Last year when I became a patient here, I had to get some tests done. They asked if I would be okay if an intern did the tests to gain more experience. I was more than happy (as I was just done being an intern myself, I know what it’s like!)

I was with Dr Lundquist smith at airport baptist for the past 5 years. When I found out she was moving to urgent care I was happy for her and her family but so sad I would be losing such a great primary care. Today was my first appt with Amanda McBride and it went amazingly! She was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. She came up with a clear plan, asked for my input and opinion and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Very happy with the whole experience staff was kind, answered phones promptly and got me a next day new patient appointment at a convient time for me.

Dr. Josh Davis, opens early, stays late to see working people that can't get off work. He's friendly, smart and quick. He seems always in a hurry, but don't mistake that for not caring. He has accepted a huge patient load.
