Helen literally stopped what she was doing and asked me what I was looking for. Even though I said it was no big deal and I'll just get something different she went and made exactly what I wanted and it tasted better than it has ever before...
She was really super nice about it too so that was like a really good start to my morning...
She didn't have to make me breakfast 10 minutes before breakfast ends but did quickly and kindly.
And to be honest the lady at the counter I wish she was my grandma she was super nice too and everybody was smiling...
Happy Tuesday whoever is telling us this isn't Heaven is trying to keep it for themselves

This has got to be the WORST Wawa location. They should literally close down. Any time I have to pick up a food order for Doordash, they will stand there talking to each other behind the food counter while customers stand there 10+ minutes without being acknowledged once. They just pretend you're not there. No "Hello. I'll be with you in just a moment", "What order are you picking up?", "Have you been helped?" Nothing. Just purely ignored...every time. On top of that, the doordash orders are always missing items, although they say everything is in the bag. I never know (because the bags are sealed) until the customer reaches out to me saying something wasn't received. Then tonight I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order a pizza for myself, and again...I stood there so long without being acknowledged, that I ended up walking out to go fill my gas tank to give them time on whatever they were currently working on, just to come back in and still not be acknowledged for over 10 more minutes. 3 workers stood behind the counter without asking what I was there for. Eventually I see a pizza box sitting off to the side behind their counter and the girl keeps moving it out of her way, so I ask "Is that for ***?" She says yes and just hands it to me. No clue how long it had been done, but it was not fresh. Had they actually been professional and spoke to me, we would have determined forever ago that it was my order and I could have been home and eating it fresh after a 15hr work day. Never order from here. They have no customer service skills.

I was having some issues where my Uber driver only delivered half my order. So I called and was told I could come get the rest of my order myself. When I got there, the lazy oaf ignored me and avoided eye contact. After I waited, I got his attention and told him my issue. He looked at me, and all he said was, "I have no idea what you are talking about," and left to get someone else. I went to show the other guy my receipt but he didn't look up. After we both verbally confirmed not only my name and order (one singular item), he handed what i presumed was mine, and he left. Only after getting home did I realize it wasn't mine. Rude staff with no attention to detail

No baby changing table installed. I had to change my infant on the bathroom floor. All the garbage cans were full so nowhere to dispose of the dirty diaper. Convenient location while we were traveling but very inconvenient for mothers.

Clean store, but POOR customer service and management. Hadn't been to this one in a month because of the 5 consecutive bad visits, came back 4 weeks later and still bad. Do better.

Nice store, very clean, the sandwich area could use a little help, waited way to long for my cold Italian sandwich, when I asked for refund the manager then told the cashier that she would personally make my sandwich in 30 seconds if i would wait, so I did get my sandwich, was just ok, was not super impressed with this Wawa, ( sandwich wise) anyway

Customer service here is garbage. I asked for a bag for the food I paid for and the guy said “no these are for mobile orders” so??? I’m a restaurant manager and if any of my employees ever talked to a guest like that I would light them up. Do better.

Failed to deliver curbside service, employees make it or break it. Travelling with dogs - parked in spot #94 and placed a mobile order for curbside service. After waiting 20 minutes went inside to witness 3 different male employees in slow motion making sandwiches laughing and having a good time while deep in conversation about Youtube. Meanwhile my order was sitting on the counter. When I asked for my order # it was handed to me and I was told that the new guy did not know he was supposed to bring it outside. Unacceptable. Management needs to ensure staff is professional and appropriate.
