Worked with Lena who was AMAZING! Another absolutely garbage Verizon store located in Bushnell, Fl. sold an elderly friend THOUSANDS in unnecessary hardware and services. They were very apologetic and went step-by-step through with us to make sure that Verizon would cancel all the unnecessary services and helped to bring the bill down more than $100 a month. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had some issues with my camera app. I like to check in on my son who lives far Away. I was worried Iost that feature but he was able to bring it back for me. Always helps me out every time I come in. Super helpful

I had issues with my phone blocking calls. I was having a ton of problems. It seemed like there was robo caller on. Now it works great and I'm pleased. Thanks a bunch

I just had a terrible experience at the store, they are terrible at customer service. I asked them to put on a screen protector on a new iPhone that I just upgraded for my daughter and the sales person here refused to do. It said it was against Verizon policy and I know that that’s not true because I have had other stores help me when I told them I would go to another store. They could’ve cared less. I will never come back to the store and I will file official complaint in writing with their corporate as this is just another example of people that do not want to work for a living. Terribly disappointed and I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years.
