Just moved to the Villages and I was hoping to continue my Pilates practice. Took my first class with Sandy and she is excellent! Knowledge of the body, cueing, and corrections were top notch! I enjoyed it as much as my NYC classes. This is the place to go! Highly recommend!

TMS is a supportive space devoted to the exploration of the movement and well-being of YOUR body and mind. Equipped with multiple pieces of Pilates equipment as well as GYROTONIC® pulley tower combo units, the possibilities for movement exploration are endless. Each session will be tailored to what your body needs that day and movement emphasis may range from strength and stability work to mobility and stretching.
