There was a slight hiccup with a paint match from a sample I provided and the initial paint color made. I spoke with Paul & Sam regarding the mismatch after using the paint to which I was refunded. They tracked down the contractor who had originally painted the wall from a 4 yr order number purchased at a different Sherwin Williams location. They went line by line of all the paints the contractor had used on jobs in that time period, pulling paint cards and narrowed down an exact match. I went back & repainted the wall and it was perfect. I truly appreciate their diligence ensuring I had the right paint color and left a satisfied customer.

After literally years of dealing with Sherwin Williams and having very little issue ever I believe we are finally done using their products. We recently moved to the Oxford area and have had one poor customer experience after another. With the exception of one employee, Forrest, each time I’ve been in the 301 store has been beyond frustrating. The adapted attitude from the manager down is one of, well fine or whatever as I’ve made trip after trip to the store and left either empty handed, without the information I needed or with product I wasn’t sure was what I needed. It’s sad that one location can ruin a once good experience to this point but to be sure, I will spread the word.
