“I don’t even know where to start….
Seth started our experience off wonderfully when my husband called before we came in to let him know we were bringing our uncle in, who suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s, and we needed to get him switched from android to Apple, but needed it to be smooth and seamless since he can get easily confused and agitated. Seth was amazing and assured my husband that they had the items we were looking for and would be able to take care of everything.
When we got in, Seth was helping another couple (who had a very complicated set of needs and he was beautifully patient, kind, and incredibly helpful to them), so we were helped by Kyle.
Kyle was a true saint. Under the best of circumstances, this would be a frustrating and long process, but add in medical complications, and this could have been a disaster. Kyle seemed to understand the value of not over complicating anything and truly made this switch pleasant. It’s worth noting that my uncle was NOT excited to change platforms, but we needed it for the sake of being able to utilize the amazing Apple to Apple locational services.
On top of the exemplary service in getting the right devices and without complications, Kyle spent so much time to set up the new devices to not just be ready, but be useful. My uncle walked out of their store with his new devices as identical as possible to the ones he walked in with, and that value to someone who needs consistency cannot be over stated.
I literally teared up at how kind and patient this whole team was to each and every customer that walked in.

“Have been a customer of Boost for years! ? And long before Sprint was purchased by T-Mobile, the plans were budget-friendly, the phones were solid, the reception was a little spotty in the rural areas, and our last 4G ?phones lasted almost 4 years!!! But they were finally dying. ? We decided it was time for New Phones! ? Thank you T-Mobile for the much-improved signal, and now with 5G, we have NO DEAD SPOTS! ? The audio is Incredible! The Motorola 5G phones are a Great Upgrade from our old LG 4G. And the Talk, Text and Data Plans and Perks have only gotten Better!!! We Love Boost and Highly Recommend Them! ?”

I’ll be going back to the location for him to assist me with activating my new phone, I waited to do so until my “missing calendar/events” was fixed. Below is my review of assistance from Apple, support.
Shortly after a recent software upgrade I noticed all my Calendar and Events were gone! Needless to say I was frantic because my entire life events are stored on my iOS calendar. Went online had excellent assistance with Chat feature, was then moved up to a tech, we spoke via phone and almost immediately the problem was resolved and all my data was back. Very pleased with the exceptional customer service support. Thank you!”

The lady that I worked with today, didn't even hesitate, she called from the work phone on my behalf and helped me begin a ticket process. I was very grateful for her help. Enjoy the donuts!”
“This store was a better experience than any T-mobile store I have been to. Brandon took care of a minor problem with a SIM card and gave me his full attention for a small sale which is the way retail should be. If every employee of every phone store had Brandon's smarts and ability it would be great.”

“If you are having problems with your Verizon service THIS corporate office is the place to go! The staff is friendly and go beyond to ensure you get what you came for. There is a kiosk if you need to make payments as apposed to paying online. They stay busy so be prepared to wait at least an hour before you get taken care of.”
“As far as Walmarts go, it was ok. They actually had cashiers and the employee I asked for assistance knew where the item was and walked me to it. I'm thinking each year I get older, I dislike Walmarts in general more and more. They are just too big. You have to pretty much walk the whole thing for any size list. I'm fit and active but it's just exhausting mentally to find everything.”

“When I recently lost my phone I was in a panic.I went to for this store for help and I can say they went over the top for me.I had a million questions and they took their time and explained everything. They set me up with new service right away. When my old phone was turned in I was put back on my old phone without any problems. When I'm ready to upgrade, I will definitely return to this store.”
