These fine folks wrestled with the band (the gentleman admitted this is a difficult band to change) foe about 10 minutes and then told me I didn't owe him a dime. They have a lovely selection of unique jewelry and it was a zero pressure environment. “We were in Brownwood, The Villages shopping , and my wife wanted to go in and look around, l found two lipstick purses ( Pink/Blue) our granddaughters favorite colors. They will love these. My wife found a ribbed Bishop sleeve top, she needed for golf. I asked "Josie"the Manager about a unicorn purse, they only had (1). She took my wife phone number, and will call us if any more come in, her associate, was also very helpful and will be sorely missed. We have 2-1/2 months in Florida, l'm sure we will return.This store is "Service Excellence".”

“After getting home we thought we had lost some of the money we received. We searched and search for it everywhere we could think. Finally, We phoned the store and the manager explained what happened and he was more than happy to review the store video footage and talk with us etc. after half the day of searching both our home, car and store we found the lost monies at home. We phoned the store to let them know we found the money and that we really appreciated the lengths they went to to try and help resolve the issue and that we profusely apologize for the issue. We left it on great terms. It is nice to know customer service still exists and that they didn't just blow it off. As for the things we sold their gold price was very good. Their sterling silver prices were a bit low compared to and Ocala store. Their rare coin prices were very good. Over all I would highly recommend Bobs!”
