“We were in your store a few weeks ago, and spoke to Roberta. Our 10-year old Human Touch recliner no longer reclined. The foot rest worked, but not the recliner. We knew that the chair was no longer under warranty, but wanted to check our options, and possibly buy a new chair. Roberta showed us the new chairs ($3900). She then gave us contact information for the Human Touch company. We contacted them, they diagnosed the problem, and we ordered a part. Instead of paying $3900 for a new chair, the part cost $245. We are so grateful for Roberta’s help. Not all businesses would have done that. We will definitely do business with Relax in Comfort again and highly recommend them.

“I recently purchased furniture from Babette's in Brownwood in The Villages and was very happy with the furniture, service, and delivery. Carol C., the interior designer at the store, spent several hours helping me coordinate colors, fabrics, and sizing/spacing of furniture for our new home. She was very patient and helpful with suggestions for everything. The delivery crew, Shane and Harold, treated the furniture with great care and spent a couple of hours getting it all off the truck and set up in the house. I am a very happy customer! “The Ocala store is twice the size of the one in Lady Lake. Also, the customer service was so much better. We are building a log home in Wildwood, and I plan on spending lots of money there to decorate the inside. Lady Lake employee didn't seem to care or try to find another store that carried the highland cow print that I wanted. However, the store in Ocala made the effort to locate and had it delivered to their store 2 days later. I will be doing the rest of my shopping at the Ocala location!”

“Went to the Wildwood FL store after calling to see if they had a specific recliner on the floor. Arrived and asked for Anthony. Anthony Murphy (store mgr) greeted us along with Keith. Both answered all our questions showed us different options and when I mentioned that it is suggested you sit in the furniture for at least 30 minutes to assure the item is comfy and suits your needs, Anthony said relax and take your time we close at 5 (keep in mind it was 11:45am). They say great customer service is dead but I highly disagree with these 2 gentleman. They both were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and above all not pushy. I would highly recommend this store because of these 2 employees and hope corporate realizes they have 2 great employees representing their company. Although this store is smaller then the other stores it surely suited our needs.. PS we ending up getting 2 recliners. Yay.”
“Wonderful experience shopping, very helpful salesperson! For a small fee they brought four rugs, a picture and a small table to my home to try and the decorator who came was wonderful. I ended up keeping the picture and the table, and I ordered a different size of one of the rugs. If I had decided against everything, it would have only cost me the small fee, and they would have helped me pick out something else that would work better. Highly recommend them if you are looking for rugs, or decor for you home.”

“During the pandemic, Target was one of the first to offer curbside pick up for groceries ????
Since then, i have used them as my go to due to this service it is close to home, they do not change or add a premium price to pick up items as other curbside services do, and as i have become disabled, it allows me independence in being able to accomplish much of my grocery/toiletry/healthcare/household products. I will always be a loyal fan for those reasons.”

You won't see everybody with the same things you have. You will be unique! I love so many things in the store. Can't wait to get my order. It is worth the drive.”

“Prices are higher than some, but the service is well worth it. Other patio sets needed to be put together and with the set we bought, it would have taken 15 to 20 hours to set up ourselves. The set came fully assembled and delivered for free. Well worth the extra money. I highly recommend Coral's Casual Patio”

“First, sales staff was great. No high pressure. Gave me a catalog to review, when I went back a month later, remembered me. Furniture only took two weeks to arrive (leather Flexsteel) and the delivery team was even more incredible. Unboxed in front of us, inspected and invited us to inspect with them, assembled, made sure it was where we wanted it and then showed controls. While I doubt we'll ever have to buy another sofa - can't recommend this firm/staff more highly.”

from Doug at Payne's Furniture Outlet. Doug is very knowledgeable on product and pricing. The quality of his furniture is superior to any other furniture store in the area. We shopped price and quality of furniture at every store here in the villages, Ocala, Leesburg and nothing compared to What Payne's has to offer. If the furniture was not in stock, there was a extended waiting period, beyond Payne's Furniture's control.
Shipping is still a huge issue, that the media does not discuss.
Overall, Payne's Furniture is the best deal in the area
