Every thing in the freezer section is always freezer burned!I think we all can agree that food is not cheap and paying 6 dollars for frozen French fries that are over frozen, is not acceptable.Check the temps of your freezers!!

I couldn't even find a genio Turkey in that place. Just not a lot of selection. So many things I just couldn't find next public's NA stink too so I don't know I wish they'd come up with a decent store. That was in a health store that didn't cost an arm and a leg before I lose my arm and leg to starvation.

Is a supermarket that each spot you look at is very neat, a variety of groceries and all kind of goods, a nice environment.

People are always friendly and I always know I will be well taken care of.The reason I gave 3 stars is bc customer service members need to be trained. I am not a fan of self check out, especially with produce items bc it's intimidating, and I'm not up for more learning at the end of a long, stressful corporate workday.Today, I just needed to buy a 4 for $5 produce item (4 of them), and the one register that was open had a long line. So I chose to give Self Check out a try.It seemed easy enough:1. Scanned the bar code2. It asked me how many I wanted3. Input '4'4. It displayed $6.76 (or similiar) but not $5 like it should have5. My bad: instead of simply asking for help from the Self Check out associate, I asked "I'm not supposed to be charged tax on produce, right?"6. Her bad: "I'm sorry I don't know anything about any of that"7. I tried to pay, got frustrated and grabbed my bag of produce, and headed to the long line at a regular checkout8. Then she wants to know, "Do you have a question?"9. Me: "No. I give up."At the checkout, I learned that I had to be signed into my account to get the 4 for $5 deal. I guess if I had asked her that, maybe she would have answered, but I didn't know to ask that.I'm not required to know that I don't get charged tax on produce, but I believe that grocery store customer service people should.

I have been shopping here for 18 years now, I chose to solely shop here until lately. Only due to the fact that they only put on one person for cashier and the rest is self checkout.
