Tiny Tina had her first day of spa treatment and she looks marvelous❣️ the staff really took their time with her as she is a rescue that is deaf and we all wanted to make sure that she was at ease. Willows staff is lovely and made me feel at ease too leaving my fur baby for the first time.

Could not have asked for a better first grooming experience for our Shih-Tzu puppy. I am beyond pleased with the service. Everyone was so kind and caring, ensuring us our little puppy would get the best treatment possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of grooming services for their dog!!

Yari, the groomer, transformed my Shih Tzu into a superstar! With her skill and experience, she gave my pup a stunning makeover. Despite the distance to her shop, I gladly make the trip because I trust Yari completely with my dog's care. She's meticulous and truly cares about the pets she works with.

This groomer came highly recommended to me, and I drive completely out of my way every month to get my dogs nails and paws trimmed here. The service and staff is absolutely amazing! My dog hates having her paws dealt with and over time with the patience of the loving groomers she is getting so much better! The time spent explaining things I had questions about and the love and concern for your dog shines through here. They treat your animal with kindness and respect and it shows. I hope to always be a customer here. The boutique is small but amazing products and I always buy a special bone to celebrate my good girl! Treat yo self and take your dog here!

I began taking my dog to this grooming establishment when Lydia was recommended to me by a friend. All went well until she quit. They scheduled me with a new groomer who did a sloppy job. It was supposed to be a full groom, but she didn't trim him up as I requested and didn't even wash or trim his face. There was still eye gunk around his eyes. She had also done a less than satisfactory job on his previous mini groom, so this was not just a one time problem. They are very expensive and definitely not worth it. It's too bad they lost Lydia because she was a good groomer.

I've taken my dog to Willow's Groomer for the past 2 years, and I think they are the best groomers I have found thus far since our move to Orlando. Then recently we moved again almost an hour away, and I still take my dog here. They always make my dog look so nice and smell so good. Thanks Willow's Groomer!

I haven't been here personally but I recently had a client that came in 2 days after her dog had been groomed there and the dog had a half dollar sized laceration on it's ankle area.. I understand things happen while grooming but the protocol is usually to call and notify the owner and take the dod to get treated at a veterinary hospital and the grooming facility pays for it.. Not this place. They sent the dog home, told the owner it was nothing to worry about and 2 days later she comes in to us and the wound is infected and they refuse to pay for the treatment or take any responsibility for it. The dog was cut so bad you could see it's tendons. Completely unprofessional. If anyone is looking for a groomer I do know that BGE groomer brings their pets in when anything happens minor or major and they take care of the bill.
