Quite easily the worst Wawa I’ve ever been to. I love Wawa and will go out of my way to stop there for gas or snacks or even meals, but this one that happens to be near my home is routinely the worst Wawa experience ever. The free air station hardly ever works. Kitchen is always missing ingredients meaning the menu is never fully available. Coke freestyle machine always has an issue, either missing flavors or no ice, not to mention they seem to always be missing cup sizes or lid sizes.
It’s passable in the morning and afternoon typically, but past 5pm something with the night crew, especially what i assume is the manager, an older woman who’s only job duty seems to be standing at the front scouring at customers and hassling them for having the audacity to use self-checkout, make stopping here at night a genuinely unpleasant experience.
If you can, skip this location and drive a few extra miles up the road to the location on University. Even though it’s crawling with UCF students, that store is way more put together and more efficient than this embarrassment to the Wawa name.

Came in to pick up an Uber order angelie and Alicia were very busy angelie was working in back and Alicia said she hadn't started on the order yet. I decided to be helpful and grabbed the items I could for them when angelie saw that she was extremely rude because she had got them already..sorry but Alicia didn't tell me that and I was trying to be helpful m

Air pump was stuck at 35psi, but at least it worked, unlike the other 2 Wawas I went to. Saved my butt when I had a tire get really low.

You guys changed the ordering systems and got rid of the bacon ranch breaded chicken wraps that was bundled together. The snack wraps for them exist for 2.49. But you cheap scums want $8 to get add bacon and ranch to what originally was 5.99

Joanne is an AMAZING associate and I come to this location because I know that I will always get great service, especially when she's working. Joanne helped me get the app and went above and beyond to show me how to get the most out of my points. She's a true asset to this location and you don't always find employees like this everywhere, in my opinion. The tuna melt sandwiches are the best you will find anywhere, and their food and coffee is top notch. Also, try their shakes.. yummm. The store is always clean and everyone is helpful there. I go eat at WAWA rather than get fast food, because their food is better. Good prices on stuff you need in a hurry, like milk. As someone who works in customer service, I know how it can be. But you can tell the employees here care about you when you come in. Best place to get gas, food, and meals!

I got three ciabatta sandwiches and woooow. The bread was older than me. It had a terrible stale texture and pretty much ruined the whole thing. I saw them bring out fresher bread but they still decided to use the old one. Was pretty disappointing.

Ok, I didn't think any gas station would make my husband so happy. But being that he's from PA, he's thrilled with all Wawa locations. We enjoy dropping in for breakfast or a snack when we are getting gas or filling up our tires with free air.

Very clean location. Friendly staff. Easy to enter, get gas, and leave the station. Lots of pumps.
