I am in disbelief of how CORPORATE is not doing something about thIs pharmacy. There are many issues with this one. From the disorganization, long waiting times, and lies. I don't have prescription insurance so our family uses Good Rx & other discounts. I had the gentleman take my discount code, and he verified the code was correct. He was making funny faces so I asked him if he was sure, he said he would check again & said it was fine. Then he asked another employee to verify it, and he said it was fine, great. So it was about & $4.50. I said ok, I was having a severe allergic reaction to fire ants, and just came from Urgent care. Clerk said it would take about 25 mins. I wait there, for a little while, then decided to wait in the car. I walk to register to pay and the clerk says $24.50. I of ask what the heck happen to price? She says nothing can be done. How did the price jack up in 30 mins or so? She handed me that tripe about price is not guaranteed, & I respond with; I understand, but it was just checked three times by two different employees, for the $4.50 price, she says there's nothing she can do about it. By now I am so disappointed and furious, I am not even feeling the pain and swelling going on. So I start to leave in my car without my script, and I realize someone needs to be aware of what just happen to me, plus I need the prednisone, to stop the swelling. I call on pharmacy on my cell and they tell me they applied other discounts and it's now about $12.00 something. I said great, I have no choice, so yes I will pickup at the car line. That was another fiasco, waited a while, then parked my car and walked it. Corporate needs to straighten this pharmacy out because it is giving them a bad name!

I was surprised to see so many low reviews of this Walgreens. I have had pretty good experience at this location. The staff has always been friendly and I have not run into a situation where they did not have what I went in for. In fairness, it appears that there are several reviews related to the Pharmacy itself - which I don;t technically use the pharmacy.....but a s a quick stop for essentials, OTC medicines and others, I have been pretty happy here. It is reasonable easy to get into and out of the parking lot, there are usually plenty of spaces available and I have not really had to wait in any unreasonable lines (Even at Christmas time it was just a few folks at the line)/ I can;t speak of the Pharmacy, but as far as the store is concerned,d its a good store for folks in the area

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The people here are nice but you walk into the store and it's like going back in time. Checkout lines take 10x as long as they should. I've spent multiple trips with just 1-3 items and had to wait 10-15 mins to checkout. The payment system is painfully slow and you notice how long it takes with each guest. AND they mark up their prices when they have specials so it looks like a better deal than it actually is. And on top of that - the average price for some smaller items is 2-3x what the price is online and they don't price match. I've lived in Oviedo since 2014 and I don't know how this place is still in business. I will drive an extra 10 mins to never ever use this location again.

This pharmacy is poorly run. They did not have my correct insurance information, never asked for it, and had to pay out of pocket. Then once I had my insurance call them to correct the issue, I got refund. However, they put it in there system as me ordering twice on that day instead of once with a transaction for a refund. So I was unable to get a refill of medication due to their incompetence. This forced me to have to schedule an unnecessary appointment with my DR, take time off from work, and make a copayment just to get a refill that this pharmacy could have given me had they not been so poorly run. They seemingly don’t care about the customers, so I would recommend going to another pharmacy to avoid them potentially messing up your orders.

Another review of this Walgreens pharmacy. As of today I will be switching to a different pharmacy. Thursday - I went to the doctor. Got diagnosed with a double ear infection. My doctor sent my prescription in around 10:00 a.m. I called Walgreens around 3:00 p.m. wanting to know the status. I was told that one prescription was ready but the other they had to order because they were out of stock. Was told they would receive it the next day. Friday - I call the pharmacy around 11:00 a.m. wanting to know the status of my prescription. I was told that they were still unloading and to call back after 2:00 p.m. I call and am now told that my prescription is no longer manufactured. Then how was it ordered the day prior? Was told they would call my doctor for a new prescription and that they would call me back. Surprisingly, I do receive a return phone call. I was told that they could not get a hold of my doctor, but that another Walgreens up the road had the medicine in stock. Obviously, I was very frustrated as it would have been nice to know that prior to waiting over 36 hours for my prescription to be filled. It's not like I was refilling a prescription. It was a prescription issued because I was sick. I think this may be my first 1 star review.

The tech’s here are always so nice! Other pharmacies it’s a gamble (most are nasty). But the Oviedo Walgreens Pharmacy truly has the kindest employees. They are very patient and understanding. They are willing to help you the best they can. Thank you for all you do!!!

I was picking up a prescription with my friend who had just had oral surgery and was unable to drive. The oral surgeon had sent over the prescription prior to the procedure so that it would be ready when we got there. The first person at the drive-thru indicated that her Tri-Care was inactive. I have a feeling that the Army would disagree. He then asked her to write down her social security number on a piece of paper, as that was another way to verify coverage! I provided her driver's license. I told them I would pay cash for the prescription so we could just get it and leave. He said that I could come into the store. Why would I come into the store, when my friend just had surgery and cannot walk and shouldn't be left alone? The next person comes to the window and tells me that in order for her to work on the rx, I would need to "pull around". I told her, I was not going to do that because now there were a LOT of cars in line. She said, "It's store procedure." It is not store procedure, as I've picked up the identical prescription before for someone else. She was worried about the line, not the imaginary procedure. So, I get out of line, circled around again, and waited. Now, the 3rd person in the drive-thru appears and cannot comprehend how to use the speaker/microphone, so I can't hear her when asking how much the rx was. I told her no less than 3 three times that I was unable to hear her. I pushed cash through the drawer, got the rx, and left. Hey Walgreens, the time to get through oral surgery and recovery takes less time than to get 1 rx from your store that was called in IN ADVANCE. We will not be back.

This particular Walgreen's serves the Iviedo community. In terms of layout, it is like many other Walgreen's. They have a pharmacy, which is the primary purpose I guess in the beginning of this company, but like many pharmacies, have expanded to have a hodgepodge of other merchandise available.The service I received was okay and overall it was an okay experience. I guess that I will give this establishment three stars.

Worst run pharmacy by far, huge mistake coming here. They don't even care when they are the cause of your delay and dismissive. Even just seeing what the medication you are filling you can tell someone is in massive pain while you don't do your jobs with any kind of empathy. Drive thru gets priority regardless of line inside and I was in the drive thru but bc of their mistake had to come in and wait in the massive line that didn't move for a good 15 bc the one non drive thru employee was helping them. Even then I was 4 ppl in with another 3 behind me. Perhaps the drive thru worker could alternate between both lines but anything that makes common sense doesn't happen at this place. Funny part is I worked here many years ago so I have sympathy but no way the pharmacist would go for this nonsense at 2pm. I get staffing issues for many companies but they had 5 employees back there.

the pharmacy is NEVER open. they have two workers, and if one goes on vacation, they have the other one leave, as well. they have left my mother out to dry. she takes ambien because of severe PTSD from being a retired officer, some nights are extremely difficult for her, so she takes them in order to fall asleep. this isn't the first time this has happened to us, not by a long shot.you cannot expect customers to feel cared for, nor can you expect them to wait for their needed medication because of irresponsible management. we're lucky that they're just sleep meds, but some people have to take controlled substances to help them survive, such as cancer patients. this irresponsibility is going to seriously hurt someone someday. the service here is a joke, never do any sort of business at this pharmacy. other than that, the store section is fine. the pharmacy is negligent and pathetic, at best.

The worst pharmacy service. Do not go with good speciation to get your medication without waiting for long time, even if is ready. Bad customer service. Avoid and go to different place.

This was the poorest run Pharmacy I have been to. Her words exactly " give me 5mins to get your order ready" 1 hour later still waiting on a prescription pickup that was supposably ready for me. Get your shot together sorry as hell.

Scheduled for antigen covid test successfully then got call a few days they couldn't do due to high demand. May be out of their control but be awared.
