Marcela Silvestre and her team are amazing! Me and my mom brought in two complicated dressed to be altered and they did an amazing job. They are so attentive down to the smallest details, and they even made matching ties for out dressed themselves.
I would definitely recommend checking them out if you need any alterations/want anything custom made :)

We were referred here by So Sweet Boutique in the Oviedo Mall, after purchasing my daughter's prom dress. They said she gave discounts to their customers (she does not). We are from near Daytona Beach, but went to her because it was an expensive dress and wanted somebody experienced for the alterations, and thought a referral from the dress store would be the best bet. The initial appointment went well, she had a pretty good handle on what was needed and how to do it. She gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable for the amount of work (not cheap, but reasonable). We made an appointment for a try-on a week later. When we showed up, she had completely forgotten about it and hadn't done anything on the dress. She couldn't even find it at first. I had taken the morning off work to drive over there (two and a half hours round trip), and she seemed annoyed that I would be upset about that. Said if we wanted to wait a few hours she could have it ready, but I had to get back to work. We had to make another trip back to try the dress on, and honestly not much had been done at that point. She had marked the length at the initial visit, but the hemn was still not done, or the other small repairs that needed to be made. So, I had to make a third trip back to pick it up. Upon pick up, she DOUBLED THE PRICE. When I pointed that out, she shrugged her shoulders and said "It was a lot of work." We did not ask for anything different from the initial visit. Gave two stars only because she did good work...when she did it...if you have unlimited time and money to spend. Won't be back, and will let the dress store know she does not give the discount they tell their customers about. Total bill was over $240 for the alterations.

I came to vip alterations for a recommendation and they were not wrong, excellent work, they listen to everything how you want it to be fixed and they also give you the best recommendations on how your suit would look best, thank you so much, my daughter's dress arrived in one way and came out in another and super happy

They did an amazing job, they completely transformed my dress for my sweet 16. It originally came very big and very long and the fixed it in no time. I am very satisfied with the results of my dress:)

Beautiful work!! Perfect alternations on my daughter's wedding dress! And they were very accommodating with their hours for our crazy schedule! Quick turnaround and everything was perfect the first time! No additional adjustments needed! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at VIP Alterations. They listened to my concerns and did an exceptional job with my dress hemming and adding some some details to make dress comfortable, since I was wearing it also for entire reception. Marcela and assistant took their time and patience to work around my work schedule. Dress alterations and stemmed, looked perfect, fit perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

I went there for my suit rental. Not only was she able to do my suit, but was also able to order via video chat my brothers suit / my best-man and have it ready on time without him being present on initial order in under 2 months planning. Very nice and accommodating people. I called in for a same day blazer to get tailored, and they had no problem helping me out. Aside from that, they were very nice and made me feel welcome. They are now my stop for any alterations that I'll need in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful place! Timely, affordable, and most importantly, quality.I have brought many items to VIP Alterations (formal dresses, causal dresses, tops, shorts, bathing suits) and they never disappoint. Marcela is very knowledgeable with ideas of how to best alter the item to make it most flattering on your body type and fit better than I thought was possible. She has brought so many of my clothes back to life due to her skills. I feel like I have a new wardrobe after getting items altered that I almost discarded or donated! Phenomenal place.
