I cannot say enough good things about the service and staff at this store. The staff are always friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. If there is a customer line they bring on another staff and work quickly to help everyone with the best attitude ever. I am extremely grateful for this UPS location and the their staff. Thank you all!!!

Every time I got to the UPS store I am treated with courtesy and by a very helpful staff. The young man named Joshua is very knowledgeable and always helps me no matter what my needs are. Highly recommended.

It makes me sad to see these reviews. Everytime I go in the store the employees are always so kind and upbeat. It's always easy and simple when I come do my returns and they are very detailed when it comes to packing stuff so it doesn't get destroyed while it's on its way. I've never had a problem here and can't speak kindly enough about the employees. Especially Zoe who makes it a breeze and takes care of me everytime and does it with the best attitude I've seen in service in a long time.

**UPDATE: I’m updating my review in hopes that management/owner nip this behavior…
I will stand by the fact that every employee, with the expectation of one young lady, is always very nice and helpful. This particular person never smiles or greets me (I say “me” because I haven’t paid enough attention to her interactions with others) and I always pick up a negative energy from her. Well, yesterday I stopped in after 3:00 to make some Amazon returns (I make a lot of Amazon returns at this location) and I received the same coldness. In fact, this time, I asked if she was having a good day and she replied it was just really hot; I was standing right in front of her and the a/c was actually blowing cold right on me. A gentleman walks in and she asks if he has an Amazon return and directs him to the self-service. Her male coworker then walks over, and she proceeds to tell him that Amazon returns should only be able to be made at Amazon. I actually couldn’t believe that she said this right in front of two customers that were there for the sole purpose of making Amazon returns. I found that to be quite rude and unprofessional, and I actually did tell her that that was a conversation she probably should have waited until there weren’t customers present especially that were there making Amazon returns. I utilize this location as it’s my nearest UPS store and appreciate the convenience of making said Amazon returns here. I don’t appreciate dealing with unfriendly people that seem to have a chip on their shoulder and make me feel uncomfortable as a customer and I would be more than happy to go out of my way to the next closest location just so I don’t have to be treated in such a manner; that was a very unwelcoming statement to make to another employee right in front of customers. Not okay!

It makes me so sad to see all of the negative reviews for this UPS Store. I’ve worked in customer and patron services for a long time—and it’s UNFATHOMABLE how angry folks get over the simplest inconveniences—or more often than not, get irate over absolutely nothing.Not just during the holiday season, but all through the year—everyone needs to take a collective deep breath and remember you’re interacting with human beings. As well, these people are doing YOU a service—and guess what? Contrary to what you might think, they CAN refuse you service, but most are just incredibly patient and professional and take the higher road.I love coming to this location! Every time I need to stop in, I cross fingers that Jason is there. Jason is one of the kindest, most efficient, fun and delightful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. ?All staff there are so wonderful. It’s rare to encounter employees like this, believe me.Customer service is hard work—and though there are teachable techniques to do these jobs, you either have that magic, or you don’t.Please celebrate how lucky you are to have a mailing location/drop off to go to that wants to help you and ensure you receive the best service.We ALL have off days, but don’t dull someone’s magic because you might not have the bandwidth to wait a bit to have something done for you.Being kind to each other - especially in this world, is quite literally free, easy and so essential.Thankful to have had all wonderful interactions from the team at this UPS branch!
