“You know, even though the vast majority of reviews for Tibbetts are 5 star, a few reviews highlight the difficulties of operating a business these days. Too many people not staying on their med's and having to vet, or blame someone else for their own ignorance and stupidity. Ridiculous and shameful.

My family and I have been having our cars serviced for over 20 years at Tibbetts and they consistently do great work. Often they go beyond the norm to try and solve and remove the mysterious goblins that can infect an automobile. Friendly, fair, and exceedingly competent, is what Tibbetts crew has been providing the community for about 60 years now! Don't listen to the very, very few chronic complainers.
