Well, top dog was bought out by Mister Car Wash. They will no longer HONOR past monthly pricing set by top dog, effective Oct 1 2023. In addition, the vacuum stations no longer provide rags for doing wipe downs and interior cleaning, also appears the detail shop is closed now. Need to do that at home. Feel like I am getting less service for more money! Testing out Car Wash Palace, who is also under new owner ship, but they do provide interior cleaning (full service) for a price of course, $26, includes Wash included. 35 per month for full service

This place has gone downhill. My car is still dirty when it comes out of the wash. The backs of the mirrors, the nose, multipleAreas look as if they’ve never touched water. They took away the tire shine and other cleaning items they used to have. We stopped going a long time ago. Shameful.

Good car wash at a reasonable price. I would have gave them 5 stars but they no longer have rags available to wipe down your car.

The light installation is LEGIT. Literally night and day. I came for the seat shampooing only, and decided to get the lights as well and I loved both of them. Definitely worth the money!!!

Automatic wash not good. I brushed against the door right after having it cleaned after it dried and stained my shorts with black road residue left behind on all panels. Five stars for customer service and appearance, but the wash is useless.

Could've got a better wash with a garden hose car is still dirty bugs still on the front of my car the back of my car wasn't even wash it looks like water splotches all around car paid for the Mid-tier service "big dog" 15$ horrible!!! Never going back and I don't. Recommend you go ever!!!!!

They have gone down hill, they really need to fix their equipment! The sprayers hardly ever work, leaving soap on the vehicle! The tire shine doesn't stay on the tires, comes off and gets on the paint. I'm going to cancel both my personal and work account!

They have done away with a lot of amenities they had when I committed to a monthly membership. For example, no more full service option, no more tire shine for you to use, no more window cleaning fluid for you to use, and recently no more bug station to preclean front of car.

I've used the Oviedo Top Dog for years. Yes it went down for awhile but the new owners have brought it back to a 5 star car wash. I only wish they would do the quick interior detailing that was available before. ALSO.....do these new owners not live and work in hot, humid Florida?? Who had the brilliant idea to make the staff wear long pants in the summer!! It may look professional but it makes us feel sorry for these workers and unhappy with the inconsiderate owners. It's Florida! It's a car wash not the Ritz! Some Bermuda style shorts would be just as professional and 100% more appropriate.

It was definitely time to get my car washed and I was driving by here and had the few minutes to spare, so I pulled in and got the car washed.I went with their mid-level car wash, which was about fifteen dollars (about the growing rate). The staff was friendly enough and the car wash left me car clean and me feeling better about getting the car washed (it was a bit too long between car washes).All in all, I would definitely recommend here.

I went in person to cancel my membership, which is the only way to cancel, more than a week prior to it coming out of my account. According to their policy it must be 7 days before the charge or they will charge you for the next month. They just charged me. I will dispute this with the bank and make it so they can never run my card in that account again. Follow your own policies when I have done so. You car wash is falling apart, why would I continue to give you money? You can't even replace light bulbs or clean the car wash. Hopefully management will see this since they don't answer their phone. I have now reached out to corporate and via email with no response. This is poor customer service. If I have to drive there again... To cancel again....

Pretty cheap, and well working equipment. If you have a smaller car make sure you use the self serve scrub tools before driving through or it may take a few tries to get clean. Unlike some of the competitors nearby, there are only vacuums after the wash, no mat cleaning tools or compressed air.

I have been going here since they opened, even went as most recently as last month with a friend. This morning, I went through the usual routine of pulling up. No issues until I went to the actual wash.\nWithout notice, the person in front jumped into the back of my truck and started touching my personal items, including opening my toolbox. I asked him what he was doing and told him not to touch my personal belongings. He stated that he was just doing his job as a new policy was being implemented.\nI removed the items he put against the wall and closed the toolbox with the remaining items inside the cab.\nI have never had this issue before and figured the policy might have been new, as nothing was said last month during my visit. After the wash, as I was already in the track, I went to speak to the manager.\nRude would be an upgrade for this person. I did not get an apology and was told the policy was not new. He insisted there was nothing wrong with the service and kept refusing to hear me out. It was aggravating as my personal privacy was violated. After some back and forth, I asked if I was going to be refunded for the issues and requested that, in the event of a new policy being implemented, that they inform their customers before touching their belongings.\nThe manager walked away, without even asking me which card I paid with, and refunded someone else's card.\nI am completely abhorred at the behavioral of all parties involved. It is completely understandable if there is a new policy but the lack of apologies and information could have been a disaster.\nNobody should be entering someone's vehicle or touching someone's personal belongings without their consent.\nI want a refund to MY card and an apology.

The pollen has been bad so far this year. I decided to take my car through top dog on the way home from grocery shopping. They tried to talk me into a monthly plan and I'm so glad I didn't agree. I paid for the second to top tier wash, got the wash and then headed to the gas station. When i got out of my car, I noticed the pollen was still all over the middle section of my hood. The sides were clean and the high part of my hood was fine but the entire middle was still covered. I've never had this problem before at any of the washed ice been through over the last few years of owning this car.

Left dirt and streaks, rear window doesn't look like it was cleaned at all. Paid extra for the blow dry but it still left spots everywhere. Vacuums had no suction at all - I even tried other vacuum stations but they're all terrible. Disappointed :(Service: Vacuuming
