Visited the store having some squeaky noise from break pedal while applying break ,they charged me $842,saying they replaced some break parts, but the complaint not resolved, when I returned to them ,they said they can't fix it, and advised me to take the car to the dealer
When I asked the person who was on the floor, that you could have told me before, he was trying to ridicule me
A bunch of idiots working there who don't know what they're doing
stay away from them,if you don't want to be ripped off

John was an amazing help today. I brought my wife’s car into the shop right before they had to close and not only did he find the nail in the tire, but he patched it in no time. I’m very grateful because now I can relax knowing my wife is safe driving her car. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Keep being great John, you saved the day today!

Found a nail on my tire in the morning brought it in and they had me back on the road in less than an hour. Great service great Care would recommend.

By far the best experience I have had at a mechanics/tire shop. John was incredibly helpful, found ways to work within my budget and got my car road safe again. Can’t thank the team at tire kingdom enough. Highly recommend this location!

It’s definitely not easy being a women trying to get decent prices since everyone just takes advantage!! John will be getting all of my business for sure :)

I came in needing an oil change but mostly new brakes. They did not have anyone at the shop who worked on brakes. Clay did not hesitate to listen to my needs and direct me to another associate shop where I could have my brakes serviced. I’m very grateful to him for prioritizing my needs as a customer over making a sale. Thank you, Clay! You embody the service in “customer service.”

The TireKingdom store at Mitchell Hammock in Oviedo is back to their best!
Professional, quick, on time, no-nonsense business.
A simple single tire change got my car back to what it used to be thanks to suggested follow up alignment. It came just 300mls after the alignment was done at authorized dealership for the car brand after which the car was hard to drive. I wasn’t considering alignment after just 300mls.
Agreed on follow up alignment and Clearly the Tire Kingdom mechanic fixed it right! The big brand name dealership did not. Thank you for fixing it Tire Kingdom!

Have done business with TK multiple times. Always a 5 star experience. This particular time I had to have a tire repaired due to a screw, and within less than an hour and under 35 bucks, it was done. Thanks, guys. This is how repeat Customers are made.
