I wanted to recognize Ryan in the tech department. He went the extra mile to help me with my I phone. I thought it was my charger cord. He took the time to look at the phone and identify a problem the cord socket and recommended a place to fix my phone. I did not need to buy a new, but I did anyway because of his great service.

They do not have anyone working in the cafeteria area, and when there is someone there they do not have food or the machinery is not working.

I love this location. Always well stocked, clean, and friendly staff. There is one girl at the Pharmacy who is rude though.. Don’t try asking her for anything when they are busy.

Target in Gastonia offers a terrific shopping experience! They keep the store stocked well and it is always very clean. Target associates are obviously treated well as they are always helpful, respectful, and friendly. My only wish is that there would be a way for this store to be bigger, in order to have more grocery space. This is obviously impossible, unless they make it a two-story store. Target store brands are the best in quality and value, so I never fear buying them. It is always fun when I need to make a Target run, many times are when I order it online and pick it up in the parking lot. Thanks Target!

Rude, condescending, and simply unhelpful staff. Store has no AC and gets extremely hot even with the weather being cold outside. Most things our out of stock or barely has a variety. Store layout is not the best and the experience with the rude staff didn’t make it better.
