Twice now I have had the displeasure of working with the woman associate doing Amazon returns. You can tell how much this woman loves her job…never a friendly face or greeting, just “do you have your codes”? Lastly I witnessed her refusing to help a customer who came in 10 minutes before closing (I checked my watch) with an Amazon return because the associate didn’t want to have stay past closing. There were only 2 people waiting in the Amazon line. Someone needs a refresher course in customer service.
Also I was advised from the same clerk to take my bags to the receptacle outside. After noticing similar reviews about their receptacles, there lies the problem. They need some recycling containers in the store to help with this.

This store clean & complete with all you could possibly need for your home office, but moat of all excellent customer service & i mean respectful, helpful & courteous .

I went to Staples for the first time to return multiple items from on-line shopping and it was a disappointing experience. It took me a while to talk to an employee who was working on another task at the time . When the employee finally came over, she was rude and impatient. One of my returns required a return label which I had printed out. She did not allow me to use a piece of tape from Staples but told me I could purchase a roll of tape from Staples. I was not interested in purchasing an overpriced roll of tape so will return at the UPS store as I have done in the past. This was my first and will be my last time to use Staples as a return location. I understand that they want business when people come to make returns, but I also think it is good customer service to be helpful and allow a customer to use one piece of tape.

I arrive 5 minutes prior closing time but Michael at printing was very kind and helpful to help me accomplish my mission ? and I had to pay at enters cashier because they were literally closing but Harry was very nice too.

I have been a regular customer of Staples for many years. They are always helpful and considerate to concerns regarding technical questions and helping in figuring out what is a best for my needs in purchasing computers, printers etc. The quality and cost of items at Staples is the best for me, and they have an excellent rewards program.

I walked in this staples today for an Amazon return and was immediately encountered with such rude service from an associate sitting right by the entrance at a register. I said hello I have an Amazon return and he then said not with me follow the Amazon signs. Not sure if this older man was just having a bad day but the bad energy was unnecessary. I’m here visiting and have never been in this staples to receive horrible customer service and the gentleman at the counter doing the Amazon returns as well seemed like he was over the day. If you don’t like your job then leave it gives you no reason to be a rude human to others.

Don't bother going here for Amazon returns. The service is really not great. Unhelpful and disinterested is a kind commentary. Go somewhere else.

As a business customer this location is beyond unprofessional. The level of service I received fro. Michael and Aaron was well below average. The GM over talked me and was eager to cancel my order. In fact she had my order cancelled before I could even request a cancellation. I would advise using Office Depot or handle your business needs online as the store will have you very heated and upset. What happen you going above and beyond for your customers. I would never use this location again

Your TSA pre check girl Reena (sp?) is not very nice. She’s very rude. She was annoyed that I didn’t have an appointment, big deal, I know they're suggested but things happen. It was not busy at all, she was just finishing up with a couple. She was very petty, I had already unfolded my birth certificate and she asked me not too and she took it and folded it back up, only to unfold it again to take a picture of it. Made no sense, but I guess she was trying to show me she was in charge. Ooh! I know she probably says her schpeal a million times a day but it’s the first time I’m hearing it. I had to ask her to repeat things because shes talking so fast and everything was running together, she again got annoyed with that. She seems like a miserable person who hates her job, not a very good quality when it comes to working with the public. Be friendly and nice and then you’ll get the same in return.

Wish I could give zero stars. Have been going there over 10 years and after last night 3/11/24 I’ll never go there again. The young guy in the print shop was the most rude and unprofessional employee I’ve ever dealt with at the store. Was very annoyed at the most simple request. I’ve used the paper cutter on the counter over 10 years without any problems whatsoever. However, last night when I tried to use the paper cutter, he told me that I couldn’t use
“his” paper gutter. I was told that that’s been the policy since he’s been there, over 3 years. I’ve used it many times in the last 3 years. What a joke. Management could care less. Will never go to this store again.

I have been a long time customer of this Staples, whether it was my personal computer needs, school supplies or my business copying they have been wonderful. I know they just started taking in Amazon returns and now people leave their trash all over outside. Take it home and throw it away (better yet recycle it), it’s not that hard! By the way.. personal information left on the packaging is not real smart either, do better staples CUSTOMERS!
