Customer service is outstanding (which is near impossible to find in 2024) and the prices are very affordable, considering we live in the age of inflation. “Best pro shop in Orlando by far. The whole staff in general is above and beyond. Highly recommend Mike. Im fairly new to bowling and he’s very patient and resourceful. I know he does coaching but as he was watching me bowl to find my bowling stats, he gave me MANY useful pointers for free(amazingly grateful). I’ve gotten all my bowling balls drilled there and I refuse to go anywhere else. Might be a small spot but I drive 40 minutes to be there and every drop of gas is worth it especially with todays prices.”
“Spoke to a nice lady on the phone. My father got me 2 Shirts that did not fit for Christmas. I live in a different state just got home to receive my gifts and they did not so I called in explained the situation. Never worn have the receipt etc and she was super nice, very good customer service. Told me I could bring them in for a store credit. Which is rare now a days. But even rarer is the customer service that was shown. Now a days most places you call you get put on hold or get an attitude thrown at you for no reason. Look forward to stopping by tomorrow to get some gear. Thank you”

“Went in because I heard they had just bought some disc golf discs. Once I arrived I looked around the store because someone else was looking through the disc and I seen they had a large selection of turf shoes. After I did that, I went over to the disc and looked through and found one of MY disc! I told the store associate that I had found one of MY disc I had lost in the pile. He went ahead and only charged me their cost to get it back, which was only $3. I've paid more for a bounty through the local disc golf store. Guys where really nice about it, I didn't even need the police!”
“These bags are fantastic quality and shipped quickly. We used for the first time on New Year's Eve and left them out overnight after our guests left. It rained the next morning, annoyingly, but the bags dried out beautifully in the sun! No issue! Highly recommend. Great customer service from the seller also.”

“i really like the discounts but I was disappointed on my last purchase. I ordered grade school boys size 6 and I got toddler in the mail. i returned at my local store and they try to say I made the error. when I clearly had a email confirmation showing it was grade school boys crocs size 6. They started to order the correct one to ship it to me and charge for shipping when I order shipping is free with no 20% discount like I had with original order. Now I have no crocs and wasted my gas and time returning the wrong item. Disappointed to say the least.”
