They are happy to sell you anything, but when it comes to customer support, it's non-existent! So over Spectrum ALREADY. Don't come to this location for any support out of purchasing a device or plan!!! Constatantly a waist of time!.. SMFH

Total lack of knowledge. I had to drive 15 miles to another store. Untrained people. Next time I will change brand and carrier.

Similar experience to other posts:The lone associate was lounging on 1 of the couches when I walked in to drop-off my modem, which the automated system says that you can do...when I informed the person as to why I was there, I was told that equipment is returned to any UPS store...when I told him that Spectrum's automated system states that equipment can be returned to any Spectrum store, the guy tells me that that is incorrect information...I later called Spectrum & spoke to a representative, who totally contradicted what the kid in the store told me...It's totally bogus, no matter which way you wanna try & slice this - I'm cancelling my Spectrum service now, as a result...

The worst customer service and staff. I was told to drop off equipment at any of their retail locations and when arriving at the store all associates remained sitting down either on the couch or at the tables and not even professionally greeted as if I was interrupting their screen time. When I was finally acknowledged the rep screamed across the room saying to drop off at UPS and then her/he head dropped back to the iPhone for more screen time. So glad I made the decision to go with Verizon :)

We had a great experience thanks to Alexandra (Alex), she was super helpful and went above and beyond with her service. Contrary to Rick at the Waterford Lakes store, who didn’t even wanted to move from his chair to help us.Great job Alex!! We are your fans now!!

Ill try to keep this brief. Staff is not knowledgeable and lazy. If there is anything more you require from them other then a quick sale you'll experience the worst customer service of your life. If your stuck with spectrum and can't change your provider the best advise I can give is to try another store. Good luck.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service at Spectrum LocationRating: 1/5My recent experience at a Spectrum location was nothing short of a nightmare. I visited the store to drop off their equipment, as instructed by their customer service over the phone. However, the staff at the location not only refused to accept the equipment but also treated me with utter disrespect.The employees at the location seemed to find amusement in my predicament, laughing and making fun. It's one thing to have a misunderstanding or a policy issue, but it's entirely another to belittle a customer who is merely trying to follow instructions provided by the company's own customer service.When I tried to escalate the issue by asking for their ID numbers or names, they flatly refused. It was clear they were not wearing name tags, which I believe is a violation of company policy and a clear attempt to avoid accountability. When I relayed this to the customer service representative over the phone, they requested this information to submit a complaint, but the staff at the location were uncooperative.This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but instead, I was met with mockery and a complete disregard for customer service. I am appalled by the lack of respect and the blatant disregard for company policy.I hope Spectrum takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate action to rectify this situation. No customer should have to endure such an experience. It's not just about the inconvenience, but about the basic human respect that was lacking in this interaction.I strongly advise anyone considering this Spectrum to reconsider. If this is how they treat their customers, it's not worth your time or money.

I went Spectrum store today return my devices which is on the phone they told me I have to go that spectrum store.First they told me they can’t get returns from the store I have to go UPS store.I called back spectrum up front them to confirm I can return my stuff in there.Then they told me I have to wait 2 hours to return my devices which is there is No coustemer waiting. Entire conversation was up front store manager……..Then I give up because literally they was making fun off because I have Europe’s accent.I drove UPS store and returned my stuff. I called Spectrum to complain about my experience but I think really no body cares about it.I will never give my business to Spectrum.Also I feel that 3 employees and managers works there they will keep hurting Spectrum business.I hope some one hear me from here and they follow up with this employees and Maneger!!!!!!!!

If you are going to allow your service techs to drive like they want, you might want to increase the insurance you pay on the drivers because they don’t have a problem cutting anyone off when they are on the road. Maybe they are trying to get to there next service call that you have seriously overloaded them with to increase your bottom line but it is what it is. You should also tell them that dash cams are a beautiful thing and many regular civilians have them installed in their cars for their own protection. I have one in mine!!! Just saying! I can give you the time and vehicle number if you so choose to do something but I doubt it!!!
