Horrible! The manager refused to exchange my perfume I got for Christmas!! They gave my husband the wrong opium scent and she refused to exchange it told me I had to pay the difference of the sale because he bought it on black Friday! Unfortunately they were sold out at the altamonte location but they were wiling to do the trade for me! Will not be coming back to thus sephora ever again!

Plenty of parking - Sephora sign is on the outside of the building (can't miss it). Inside of the store is clean and well organized. Amazon returns are accepted here as well - and you'll get a 20% off coupon with your Amazon return!

Standard kohls. Amazon returns accepted here. Never pay full price for anything here unless you HAVE to have it as there are always sales and discounts available. Selection is standard. Service is a mixed bag.

Lots in stock. Does not sell higher end cosmetics such as Dior, YSL, Giorgio Armani or Dyson. Everything else is there and the staff are very helpful and nice.

3.75 Late on Saturday night, I placed an order via the website for two pajamas, which were available at the Oviedo location. With the available $10 coupon, the pair came out for $20 each. I drove down today to do the pick up, but since I had not done this before at this store, I walked into the customer service area. The person explained that I would need to walk to where the bins were, which was not very clear that they were close to the customer service area. I had walked halfway down the store before finding an employee and another customer who directed me to the correct area. The bag was in a bin where there were around 200 others holding items. The pajamas were absolutely lovely and fit wonderfully.

Beware of this place..... first of all their selection of manikins is plentiful, but every time I carry, one to the counter, they yell at me that they're not for sale.I walked in and no one even offered to carry me or my son. Have you no customer service?!?!? If you're in to self service department stores then you'll love this place.... I had to try on all my own close because no one else would. No bathroom attendant so had no one to spray cologne on me and expect a $5 tip (pretty annoying not having cologne in the bathrooms after i just laid waste in there).The floors weren't soft enough for me to lay on.

I had a pleasant experience here. They have a ton of cute dresses out currently. There was also quite a few clearance racks with sales items. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Well this Kohl's has a friendly staff, I am not a big fan of the Kohl's brand. Though I will say, I do seek it out for when they have specials. On this particular one, I was looking for a particular t-shirts. They did not have that shirt in the particular size I needed at the location closer to my house, so I headed over here.I must give a particular round of applause to Lucy at the checkout. She was wonderful and certainly a great addition to the Kohl's team.This location is not far off of 417 and is next door to a Walmart. Be advised that you do have to turn up the side street to get in there, but all in all, it is a very convenient location.Kohl's, like most stores, has pluses and minuses. If you are a fan of Kohl's, this is a great location to head towards. If you are not a fan, avoid the place. If you are like me and seek it out on occasion, this particular location is a fine stop
