This office has absolutely no idea what department does what and they don't actually care about resolving issues. They'll transfer you and give you phone numbers that are no longer active. It took me multiple days of of calling to even get the phone number for the correct point of contact.Not to mention the ridiculous hold times that are borderline offensive and disrespectful given the amount of times you're given the wrong number.

I visited today December 09, 2021 and the staff at isle 5 was extremely rude. I asked some honest questions and she raised her voice at me, kept cutting me off when I tried to explain. She is the perfect example of calling people ma’am but meaning it in a rude way. The whole room could hear how rude she talked and they sure witnessed the whole thing. Very horrible. What happened to the local DMV?

I am extremely happy I chose this place than the one one in Casselberry. This one is cozy and I was in and out of there in a few minutes. Plus the person that I had renewing my Tangs was very nice. I'll see them in 2 years.

Came in to renew my car registration waited 1 hour.I noticed one agent on her phone texting..I know sometimes you have to use your phone,but not when the room is full of people..I left and went to the Winter Springs office in 15 minutes I had my registration..

Nicki at the call center is a life saver. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in helping me figure out a complicated situation. She was an absolute delight and helped me solve my problem in the fastest way possible while being incredibly kind in the process. Honestly the best DMV experience I've ever had, I cannot thank her enough!
