“This place is SOOO much better than the last few I rented from. First of all, it's not a big whale of a faceless corporation. I prefer spending with a real local business over franchises, and this place doesn't disappoint. The last few places I rented from didn't have carts, didn't have automatic doors, and forced me to buy a new lock. A couple of them didn't even have employees, it was all done online and they kept raising rates every few months. No employees to pay but they kept charging more. Because of course.
Lockwood storage not only has carts to use, but the one I had over the weekend was tall enough that it reached the floor of the moving truck. That was helpful to be able to just slide things off the truck and onto the cart, and not have to bend over a bunch of extra times. They also have a rolling stepladder, which is helpful because of how tall the ceilings are. I moved from a 10x10 to an 8x10 and have more room. The automatic doors were nice because I was never hit in the heels trying to wheel my stuff inside.
It's a nice clean facility with bonuses, 5 stars!”
