I have been using SeacoastBank for years now. I go into the Oviedo branch pretty often and always deal with them inside as one of their customers and everyone is great. Carolyn Browne is always there to help me and even knows me by name how often I am in there. She is such a wonderful lady, always nice and very professional! She has always helped me with everything I need from simple withdrawals to problems I am having with banking, etc. Love this branch. Carolyn is a pleasure to work with always!

The best customer service ever. They always put a smile on my face. And try their best to help you with anything. I truly thank God for the angels of this bank.

Went to seacoast to cash a check that was under $100. The door was locked and after waiting for a while for someone to even recognize my presence, they refused to cash the check from their own bank. They told me cost $7 but also I would need two forms of ID and that one couldn’t be a debit card. Just say you don’t want to cash your checks. But why would anyone else wanna accept a check from your bank if you don’t wanna accept your own checks. The woman working there was so rude. The only reason I came to this bank is because my school uses them for financial aid checks but I also just recently started at the school part time.

We were with First Green Bank before they switch over to Seacoast Bank. When they switched we wouldn’t be charged any new fees and we would keep the same status we had with the bank they bought out. Unfortunately, seacoast does not have integrity and did not stick to this promise. If their clients can’t trust him on something this simple, how can we trust them for anything else? I’m planning on switching banks pnext week.

This bank is awesome, plain and simple. I've been here a number of times and even though they offer a lot of the same services through their mobile app, I still like to stop in. Probably the best thing about this bank is that you almost always get direct access to a teller the second you walk in. I can only think of one time that I had to wait in line and it was only 1 person in front of me. The layout is also awesome. The bank is basically one big room with plenty of sunlight, complete with a seating area and free coffee! When I first setup my account I did so with one of the Account Managers. She was very professional and it was a very welcoming experience. Honestly, the atmosphere probably had a lot to do with it. The tellers at this location are very helpful and nice. I'm pretty sure I have only dealt with the same two tellers the whole time I have been doing business here but they are both awesome and friendly. One time they even offered a free dollar (in the form of a check from the bank) to show me how to use the check deposit tool on my smartphone. How cool is that?

I have been banking here through the transition. The service for me has been excellent. Everyone is very amiable to me at all times. I do NOT over ask or prey upon this bank's kind nature; therefore, I do not run into the issues that are blabbered below,.

Very friendly and modern bank, however there are not enough branches in the Central Florida area. They also need more tellers; went in to cash a check & waited 20 min for the teller to finish with one customer!

I have been a Bankfirst/Seacoast business customer for almost 10 years. Last week, I stopped at the Oviedo branch to get a document notarized, giving me power of attorney for a residential construction project. They refused to do it because they were not notarizing my signature (account holder) but the signature of someone who was giving me the power of attorney. And then, to make matters worse, when I asked for the manager, who knew that this issue was brewing, he refused to speak with me and jumped on a conference call to avoid dealing with it. I could understand their reluctance to help me if I was asking for some sort of money or loan transaction, but all I wanted was to have a simple document notarized. Bankfirst used to pride themselves on their 5-star customer service, however, through the transition to Seacoast, this focus has been lost. I know the staff at the Winter Garden branch would have never treated me or another customer this way. I'm very disappointed and have shared my dismal experience with as many people as I can.

I have seven different bank accounts spread over three bank entities. BankFIRST is the least friendly to protect my interests and the most trouble in putting fees onto my account every month. Return mail fee. Really? This is the most costly bank account I have, both in fees and time to manage it. It is time to close.
