Susan Rubino knows her stuff. ❤️ I’ve been somewhat stuck in my fitness goals since having my third child. As a former athlete who played at the college level, it has been exhilarating to unlock the potential I once had. My younger son is a competitive baseball player, and Susan is currently building his strength, speed, and power. Within the first two weeks of his training, we saw noticeable improvement in his performance and confidence on the field. I would recommend Susan to anyone. ?

I love this gym. I recently started working out there and training with one of their personal trainers, Josh. He is the best and creates an amazing environment at the gym, as he seemingly knows and greets everyone that walks in. Riverside is the perfect mix between somewhere a family, someone new to the gym, an experienced lifter or someone extremely serious about their health and well-being can go. I know this because I've seen so many of all of these different types of people as I've been working out there. Great environment, great people, great gym!

It's pretty good overall. it doesn't get too packed. You are giving up a good amount of equipment. Some equipment I'd like to see that is pretty standard across most gyms. I'd like to see a Barbell shoulder press, a seated omni grip chest supported row machine (literally my favorite machine ever and I'm considering another gym because they don't have it), and a standing calve raise machine. There are others I'd like to see, but if they just got an omni grip ughhh I'd be so happy. Really like the vibe in there, though.

LOVE the Kettlebell Class with Collin Sullivan. Collin really cares about proper form and progression of his students. I have seen a significant improvement in my strength since starting Collin's Kettlebell Class. Highly recommend!!!!

If you are interested in adding kettlebells to your fitness journey you should try the kettlebell class with Collin Sullivan Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Collin will guide you through the RIGHT way to use kettlebells and get the most out of your workouts. I've seen a BIG change in my overall strength since starting classes with Collin. I love this gym because of the people who run it . Trainers are stellar, personable and present. The gym is clean all the time There is a Covid protocol which I greatly appreciate.

Definitely worth the money if you put it to use. Lots of free weights and machines as well. Love the staff as well. Josh is an amazing personal trainer!

They do not care about there members and if you tell the owner about it he won’t let you go back to the gym.. I’m in a wheelchair and was working out there one day .. Two Trainers where training clients and the trainers had all there stuff in the way where it was hard for me to get around.. Told the owner about it and also how they do not greet people ..

I love coming here. It's clean and not too crowded. There are times it's busier but since it's 24 hours just come at a nonpeek time. Has good spacing and all the equipment you would want. The prices are reasonable as well.

I enjoy riverside fitness because it has all the necessary equipment needed and it is not that busy overall when I go to the gym! Hope to make more accomplishments years to come!

Great place to work out! It's not usually too busy when I go, which I love. I only wish there was a traditional leg press instead of only a seated leg press. Otherwise no complaints!

It's been a little over two years since my wife asked me to join Riverside Fitness and the "BootCamp" classes which has been a life changing experience for us both. At first I didn't know what to expect, had not worked out for a while, and was not familiar with "BootCamp" but I knew I needed to exercise. My previous gym involvement over the past years had been primarily focused on weight lifting and a desire to build muscle mass. On the first day of BootCamp I became winded and light headed but the instructor was great and offered me a break while encouraging me to keep coming back. I continued the class three times a week with my wife through all of the unexpected changes in 2020 and 2021 resulting in the best health, both physically and mentally in many years. BootCamp at Riverside Fitness has opened my eyes and provided a new and greater perspective into the best exercise workout I have ever experienced. This class, which is uniquely prepared every visit, provides a balance of strength training, aerobics, full range of body motion, and most importantly core building, a combination that I have never experienced before at any gym. Thank you to the Riverside Fitness team!
