Visit today and went to pay at the customer service, only o e employees (a lady) not even said nothing to us (maybe because we are taking Spanish) she keeps taking t another customer and enter lotto tickets and when I told my husband or you leave everything ir pay self checkout my husband agree I told her thank you, she star taking and looking at me with the customer she was chatting. I think I was more polite than her even that’s her job. I hope the manager do teach their employees to be polite with there customers. PS: not planning to stop there any more, I prefer go to FRESH MARKET

We love Publix. The employees are always friendly and they are so helpful. We also like that we can get our prescriptions and flu, etc shots there.

I came in to Publix this morning for a typical grocery shopping trip. I always choose publix for their BOGO deals, super fresh produce, & they make the best glazed donuts! Once I got back into my car, I realized my battery was dead. I didn’t have anyone I could call to come give me a boost, but the super kind manager came out and helped me boost my car battery so I could get home. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I love my Publix

This a very nice Publix. They take their customer service very serious. Everything is available, the store is always clean and neat! But....On Saturday April 11th (day before Easter) to my surprise, I was intimidated by the people allowed in the store. At one point, I felt anxious, to say the least, about the amount of people in one isle! They should allow one person per every six feet, per isle!!! Also, they don’t have a shield at the cashiers stations, nor they were wearing mask, nor gloves. SCARY!! They did have a shield at the Lotto booth.

The deli went above and beyond to complete my order (I’m a very thin deli meat cut) kinda gal! And I just need to shout out to the women who completed my 10:15 am order today, she did it with such a smile as the busy rush was starting to come in. It’s always a pleasure when the staff has such a great attitude no matter what the day brings. I hope all of them have a great Memorial Day, and I want to thank everyone whose working today when they’d rather be with friends or family.
