Thank you Pharmacy on the Park for #1 in my eyes. My son had ear surgery at Nemours in Lake Nona. The hospital Dr had called in prescriptions for my son for Nausea, ear drops and antibiotic. It was the Pharmacy closing time and the pharmacist knew that my son would most likely need the medicine. He called to make sure someone was on the way to get them as they seemed important. I couldn't get there to pick them up as my son was still in surgery. He said "NO PROBLEM" do you mind if I drop them off at your house?" What? OMG thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. My son did indeed need the nausea meds that night. "Rockstar service".

They took care of multiple medication issues we were having with another pharmacy in town. We are their full-time customers now! Always nice going in and seeing them. They already call us by our first names.

The best pharmacy I’ve ever experienced! Ian is so patient and understanding and is willing to work with everyone in order to have a good experience. They go above and beyond for their customers and I can’t recommend them enough. Plus they’re animal friendly!

My family and I love Pharmacy on the Park! Filling our prescriptions has never been a more pleasant process! Every staff member has been so friendly and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Each time I have been in to pick up prescriptions, I’ve had my two young kids with me. My oldest always gets to pick out stickers (which she loves), and they even offered to bring our prescriptions out to my car if my baby ever falls asleep in the car seat. Not to mention, they carry the cutest products in their gift shop. We will never go back to using a major pharmacy. Nothing beats the personable experience we’ve had at Pharmacy on the Park!

Pharmacy on the Park has made a world of difference in our lives. They stay on top of the prior authorizations and refill requests and always keep us in the loop. Ian also calls me as soon as he receives prescriptions, which is usually while we’re still inside the doctor’s office.

We’ve had a great experience at Pharmacy on the Park! The staff is super helpful and friendly. They were able to get a specific brand of generic we needed; and got it very quickly. I love that you can communicate through text. My kids love that they always give them stickers. Highly recommend!

We finally stopped in to see what all the fuss is about. Wow! I'm so glad we did! The staff is incredibly friendly and the store is cozy and welcoming. They have all the things you need from a pharmacy, but my favorite part was the home-made gifts and goods from small businesses. We will go there to shop meds AND gifts! Support your local businesses and come check out this little gem of a pharmacy. We bought 3 beautiful hand-made bracelets for only $12!!
