Fantastic experience! They gave us the BEST price (including shipping out of state) on a mattress from Biscayne Bedding that is just like the one we fell in love with on a Disney cruise. Everyone here was super friendly and extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and straightforward without being at all pushy. Would definitely recommend.

NEW FURNITURE WILL COME BROKEN…. You have been warned. And they WILL not provide a refund, worst experience of my life. They will probably reply with false info, the owner “Mr.Sydney”, tall man with glasses, will act NICE to you face to sell you broken furniture. Unbelievable, I could not believe how unprofessional and unsatisfied I am as a customer AFTER receiving the furniture the first day with broken and missing furniture! I even kindly asked to have them pick it up the first day received! There were so many problems, and I think they buy Google reviews… because it does not make sense to have 1000+ reviews and be this unprofessional selling broken furniture, when you say its NEW! Wow.. I hope everyone read this as a testimonial of my experience at Orlando Furniture Expo! They will sell you broken cheap furniture and tell you its brand new and lie about many things to try there cover there wrongs and mistakes, be careful everyone, they will say anything to make it seem like there right, weird ego trip Sydney.. this is not how you operate a good business.

At the end of August 2023, I bought an L-shaped sofa and a bedroom set at this furniture store. The customer service was excellent, I have no complaints. The problem is that the delivery person who brought the furniture to my house dropped and dragged the furniture across the concrete of my entryway, causing damage to the sofa and the box spring. I immediately contacted the store and they agreed to replace the box spring, give me the mirror for the dresser for free, and fix the hole that the delivery person made in the sofa when dragging it across the floor.I received the $49 I paid for the dresser mirror, and the box spring was replaced. On the day they brought the box spring, they sent someone to fix the hole in the sofa, but the person didn't know how to fix it and said they would send someone else. Well, in total, there were 20 emails exchanged, and I had to send the photos three times so the "boss" could see the damages. The last communication from Gladys was on January 5, 2024, where she said the boss would send someone to fix the sofa immediately that same week because I had already waited for a long time. On January 25, 2024, I sent another message since nobody came or contacted me. We are now in mid-May, and I haven't heard back since. The worst part is that I paid the full cost of the furniture as new, and the delivery person damaged it when bringing it to my house.

There was a young man that was very helpful, and a female employee and her husband that all helped us. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful with us purchasing our new couch, chair and ottoman. Very friendly as well
