Came to Orlando for a week and needed a place to do my deload at and train with my girl. OBB was a great place for us to have some real equipment and some great machines for accessories. Brian the owner even gave us a deal which was much appreciated. The gym was cozy and hardcore at the same time. The cats were a great plus and Brian was very kind. Check this place out to train hard.

Best powerlifting gym in town. There is less than a handful of gyms in the whole of Greater Orlando that house nearly half of the variety of powerlifting equipment and tools that Orlando Barbell has to offer. The members at this gym are focused and calculated on putting in work in the programs of their choice and producing results and/or prepping for future competitions, just the opposite of what you would find at a commercial gym.

Great gym. It's exactly what I was looking for and it didn't disappoint. I was only in Orlando for a couple of weeks on a work trip, and I felt incredibly comfortable going to train there. The environment was filled with serious lifters training to better themselves and everyone was incredibly friendly. If I was local, I'd be here exclusively. Love the culture and love the old-school equipment. Don't expect a globo-gym, only hardcore training and support for those who were just learning as much as those who had their names on the leaderboards.

Greatest powerlifting gym at Orlando area , super friendly people , it’s my second day at the gym and everyone helping me , everything you need for powerlifting is here , also for regular people, don’t have to be powerlifter to come to that gym , open 24/7 is great , no excuse to workout anytime you want , I’m super lucky to find that gym

I've been coming to OBB for about ten years. I have yet to find another gym anywhere in Florida that offers the variety of equipment that you'll find here. While other gyms are closed, the 24/hr card access at OBB has made it incredibly easy to come in and get in a good workout. The staff and members of this gym are all incredibly nice and helpful.

This gym has the best environment of any gym in Orlando. The people have formed quite an amazing community. I highly recommend it especially to those interested in powerlifting.

The place was small and looked dirty super cramped as well, there were three people in the gym not including the owner. When asking the owner questions it seemed like he couldn’t possibly care less.
