Elijah and Jordon saved my day! My battery died, my regular mechanic was backed up, and my AC went out all in the same 24 hours. Went to O’Reilly’s to have them replace the battery. Figured once it was in, the AC would kick on again. It didn’t, I went back and Elijah and Jordon answered all of my questions and went to look and see if it was a fuse. Elijah confirmed it was actually the alternator belt that broke off (I drive way too much) from being cracked in many places. Luckily they had it in stock and Elijah and Jordon were kind enough to put the new belt in for me, which is not part of their normal job. The store was about to close and they took the time to help me get what I needed so I could have AC again without also screwing up my new battery since my alternator was totally non-functional! Grateful they had the time and the experience to help me, I’m a customer for life now thanks to those two gentleman!

special shout out to elijah and avery for helping me in middle of crisis. my new cars battery died during surgery and im a single mom with no family in florida. Avery was quick to offer me solutions with prices for my battery, and when i called to make sure he was still there, elijah answered and told me he would lend me his own jumper cables with good faith i would bring them back and didn’t even charge me for my battery yet or need collateral. I explained how a friend lent me their car so i could take care of a family emergency, but could jump my car to oreillys with that car, only my cables burnt the day prior and the ones i bought after burnt as well. he replaced my battery super speedy and avery helped and he even checked my alternator and explained some weird thing going on in my car that needs attention now. I couldn’t have done it without their help esp elijah! my kids need me and I will never deter from oreillys, esp if avery and elijah are there. thank you!

I deal with these guys on a commercial level. Great staff. Unfortunately, they rotate the people to different stores. So once you build a repor with them, they are gone. The new guys usually Always try and fill the void, and they usually do. But it's annoying.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT let O'Reilly install a new battery for you. I usually install my own batteries, but the guy offered so I said what the heck. He connected positive to negative and negative to positive. Car dead! What happened is the car protected itself by blowing a 40 Amp fuse! Manager had to run to the dealer to buy one. He took his sweet time, because he did some personal business while out. Finally got back, installed the fuise, and fixed the problem.
Save yourself all that trouble and install it yourself. If you don't know how to do it, go find a competent person.

I want to give a big shoutout and kudos to "employee of the day" Daniel Hamil for helping me install replacement wiper blades on my older (and too tall) Toyota Tacoma. As a disabled Army vet, his patience and personal skills made the process stress-free. Daniel's expertise and kindness really made a difference, and I'm grateful for his assistance. Been here since 9:55 called them at 10:07 cuss the door is locked , they said they open at 7:30 and will open the door for me soon it's 10:22 and I'm still waiting

Update!! Shout out to the team at this OReillys. I went there with a dead battery, and they not only checked it but told me it was an autozone battery, and it was still covered by their warranty. They saved me a couple hundred bucks. Go there and give these folks your business. Honest and helpful.
