I bought a used camera here, when I placed the film the shutter was jammed. The condition stated it was in working condition which it clearly wasn't. I got it repaired fairly quickly and for free, so ill give points for that but the customer service from the owner felt cold and abrupt. I didn't feel comfortable which is unfortunate because I wanted to be customer here. From a broken camera to not really friendly service, I guess this will be my last time here.

Got a Minolta X700, a few days later It had a malfunction, called the owner he asked me to drop it off so he could take a look. In less than a week Frank serviced the camera, and mailed it back to me with an extra lens without saying anything!From now on will only buy my gear from here.

Ten out of ten service! I just was on the phone with Frank, I do not live in Florida but in Virginia and there are no camera shops around me. I was having an ASA dial issue with my Olympus OM10, and within seconds OVER THE PHONE he was able to fix it. Amazing service even out of state. Thank you so much Frank!

Excellent business, highly recommended if you’re looking for vintage camera gear. A large selection of products is available, and all of them are competitively priced. Did not meet the proprietor, but the staff filling in for him were friendly and answered all if my questions, even calling the proprietor when necessary. I purchased an Olympus OM-1 and a 50mm f/1.4 Zuiko lens in August 2019 and this combination has been serving me well ever since. Will be back when I’m passing through Florida again.

Went online to find a used camera equip store. Whereas, I had the pleasure meeting Frank Mardle, the proprietor, this morning and thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Which is amazing since I know it all. But as that may be, Frank gently exposed and illuminated this John to relevant info regarding digital cameras (thank you sir). I now stand more knowledgeable and better for it. His prices were extremely fair too.

Traded in an old camera for a more functioning one (the canon AE-1), fair price and have been using it for months, great quality! Owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as well! I have also been able to get many black and white films and batteries there for very cheap.

Frank is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Delving into b&w 35mm photography after college and picked up a gorgeous Nikon F100 and some other pieces from his collection. He did not have what we were missing for our darkroom but recommended a local friend of his that did. Will be one of the first gents we'll call when looking for more goodies.
