I bought some files to print and I had a little issue with how it turned out. Some my fault and some theirs. I talked to Gia at the print desk and she was awesome! She's allowed me to go home and fix the file and reprinted it free of charge!

There is always at least a 15 minute wait for the self service machines. Usually closer to 30 min. There needs to be a limit for the people using the machines. Nice staff.

i was discriminated today when buying some equipment.
when i went over to the register to pay for some items, the associate called over the manager, after scanning the items,
when asked him why he said incases i need to make a return.
i was confused because i never asked about returning
the associate also said out of the blues, we've been getting lots of fraud and fake returns, (again confused) i said about returning.
it honestly looked like racial profiling. - because I'm colored.

Ordered on-line and product was readily available for pick-up in record time. Everything I use in my business is time-sensitive and that was awesome. Thank you Office DEPOT.

I am a teacher and needed 8 pieces of paper printed for the start of the school week. The manager of this store would not accommodate my web order even while I was inside of the store to pick it up. He was condescending and passive aggressive. The amount of time that he spent telling me why he didn’t have time to print my order, he could have easily printed my order. There were no special instructions or finishing needs. Just eight pieces of printed paper for a school project.
Because he would not accommodate my online order, I had to purchase $76 worth of printing supplies so I could print it on my home printer, while he CANCELLED my Office Depot order. I am a teacher and this was needed for school. I am floored at the lack of empathy and care.
Poor, poor customer service. I will be going else where for all of my printing needs.

Hector in the printing department was awesome. Went to 6 different places trying to get some stuff printed on our pre printed cardstock. No place would do it and I was about to give up. But stopped in here as a last ditch effort. He was willing to do what another same store wasn't! Made it a breeze and came out great. Thanks!

Very disappointed. I have been getting my service tickets printed here since 1975 never an issue. Today got there had to wait in a line at the print counter because it was the only cashier open so all the customers had to ck out there. It finally was our turn the person behind the counter told us she dosnt do the print order taking she would call the print manager. He finally showed up to inform us there wasnt enough time to take our order. We had the form on our jump drive. We said all the info is right here. He said good order online and walked away. I will take his advice and order them online from a different supplier. Good by Office Depot

Could not be less helpful with a FedEx return drop off. Claimed to have no way to scan the return QR code, which is the only way to process the return and print the label. Manager seemed disinterested in providing any explanation or real assistance other than sending us to a UPS location (which doesn’t make sense). Lack of professionalism and effort was palpable.

Recent (Oct 26, 2023) experience at the custom printing service was completely unacceptable: printed my order on the wrong paper, printed my custom print job with incorrect size (which I confirmed no less than 3 times before I submitted my order and paid for it), failed to know and understand their own software limitations. They could not scale and print a pdf document. The sales person was arrogant when I was to pick up the job and discovered all these issues. Not only were they not able to print simple a pdf document, but wasted 2 days of my time! BEWARE

Good people work at this store. Good attitudes and helpful people. The store is clean and well stocked.
