Labcorp Oviedo has a closed sign on the door. There is no explanation or re-open date. They have been closed for over a week. However, the website still allows you to schedule appointments. You will even receive an appointment confirmation email the day before only to find when you show up at the office is closed.

I had an appointment scheduled weeks ago for tomorrow, September 29, they canceled it in less than 24 hours. What a lack of ethics. Where am I supposed to go now?

Echoing other reviews. This location is closed. It allowed appointments to be made at a location known to be out of operation. Look anywhere else.

This location closed. No explanation. Did not tell labcorp. The system has allowed several people including me schedule an appointment that can not be fulfilled. Many people are fasting thinking they will get labs done at this location to go somewhere else and be told they are full. The poorest of customer service, and communication.

It was closed with no notice. I had to drive across town to the other labcorp. If I had an option I would not have chosen labcorp at all.

Not accessable to the visually impaired. When asked for help the receptionist simply replied to use the tablet to sign in

Please update the hours that this location is open. The hours apparently changed 4/28/23 but that information is isn't online and the automated phone doesn't tell you the hours. Drove over 40mins thinking this was the only location people could come to in the afternoon after work or something. I can't say anything about the staff as no one was here.

I didn't find it hard to find like others have said but I wish I never found it. They didn't do all the tests my doctor ordered and the ones they did do took longer than Quest did. My doctor sent me here but I am going back to Quest from now on.

I wanted to leave a review as when I was searching for a lab I saw how many of them have such poor reviews and it made me nervous. I went here for lab work this week and had a positive experience. I made an appointment online before hand. When I arrived I checked in with my driver's license at the kiosk and when I was finished handed the lady at the window a copy of my Dr's lab request. I waited maybe 10 minutes and then was called back. The girl who drew my blood was quick, efficient and friendly. Honestly the biggest problem was finding the place as there was no big sign outside of the building (It is a separate building next to the Publix. The building contains the Oviedo women's clinic and labcorp)

My parents recently visited this unnecessarily stressful lab. No one is around to assist - and not everyone wants to be directed to a tablet. Your senior citizens are struggling at this location, LabCorp. It's bad enough when dealing with extended wait times, but can you at the least help those who need a bit more of it? They had terrible experiences with scheduling, and even worse blood draws. When being approached with a needle, wouldn't you prefer a higher degree of experience from the person drawing it? My parents - anyone's parents - should not have to go through this.

Thank God I only needed to come here for a drug test and that my insurance is only contracted with Quest Diagnostic.. Firstly the waiting room chairs are not fat friendly so I'd advise you to wait in your car if you have issues with smaller chairs that have arms. Secondly there was a rude technician, she opened the door and said a name, I thought she said my name because I am hard of hearing in one ear I asked if that's what she said, she rolled her eyes and walked away. She could've just said something like "no sorry I said..."

Pretty fast with your in/out as long as you know where the building is...So from Broadway St, turn on Winter Park. There is a Publix shopping center on the corner on your right - turn in there. The first building on your left - before you reach the shopping plaza itself, is where you need to go.Turn left and drive past the back and turn left to go around the building to the front. The last door will be the lab - it's marked.Anyway, ONCE you know where the building is, they will get you in and out quickly. Seriously, the first time I went I spent more time finding the place than I did actually inside.Make an appointment on line, and when you get there, go in and use a kiosk to sign in. Once called to the window, you can see your name on a nice screen so you know where you are in line. It's very convenient. So much more convenient than trying to find the place. The people there are friendly and professional and know how to draw blood, so they don't poke and poke and POKE you to find a vein. The last tech was so quick and gentle, I was preparing myself for the stick, but noticed she already did it and was filling the vials. THAT's gentle...Probably the best place I've gone for blood work. BUY A BUILDING SIGN AND I'LL GIVE YOU FIVE STARS.

I had an appointment used the mobile checking. When to the window after receiving the text message and was told to have a seat and wait to be called. After waiting 20 an additional mins I went back to the window to ask how much longer and why my named dripped off. Reason... they never took my order doc and to add to the insult I had to say hello at the window to get her attention.I then explained I was waiting 25 mins with an appointment and need to get back to work as I was there on my lunch break. She called some rude lady Angela I believe is her name and she was like we'll call her soon we didn't have the order entered. Please have a seat and we will call you in a few mins. Then Angela called me back to the window to say I need to pay Co-pay today! Well that was a lie, its acknowledgement of financial responsibility and you don't have to pay it because you will get an invoice. At this point I'm here for 35 mins and when I said to Angela all I need to know is if I will be seen in the next 2 minutes because I have to get back to work. She said verbatim "if you've only waited 30 mins that's good because we have people that wait much longer!"So the ppl that are at the Oviedo Florida office on Winter Springs need some understanding of proper procedures for checking in and understanding empathy with patients. Angela gives this location a bad reputation.
