Wouldn’t let me in 8 min prior to the posted store closing time to test a fragrance really quickly, because the power went off (all the lights were on), and the lady says, “registers are off, and nothing works.” I didn’t realize that colognes stopped working when the power went out. What a joke ???

This company does NOT RESPECT ITS CUSTOMERS OR CARE ABOUT THEM ?due to "inactivity" on my Kohls credit card they closed my account it effected my credit score by 28 points !!!
I have a very high credit score and very little debt on my other credit cards I have never been late on a payment or missed a payment ! I was told this is a common practice if the card has not been used in a year or more and that it also could indicate that the person has passed away -
All it would have taken was a simple phone call to see if I was still alive !
I was even asked WHY I had not used my card ? I explained due to Covid19 and I am high risk I chose to stay home ?
I asked why are you asking me that - he said no reason but if you are interested in a Kohls credit card you will have to re apply for one -
I didn't prefer to go into my personal business but I have now changed my mind -
I have been very ill for quite some time and trying to recover my total focus is on getting well not going on line to make purchases to feed this company !
Their clothes etc are EXTREMELY OVER PRICED already and they are hurting for business you would think they would investigate the situation a little better.

Before working the register Affy stopped what she was working on behind the register and called on customers and waited on them (including me). She was happy, caring attitude, positive and provided exceptional service. Thank you Affy!!! A great employee!
