My man went in to buy some kitty food for our babies and ended up walking out, not only did they not carry our food but no one even bothered greeting him, or thanking him for stopping in, just completely ignored. This is why we go to pet smart

My daughters and I drove from Winter Garden to take a look at a rescue cat up for adoption. Candy's Cats Rescue has an area within the store that showcases cats that are in need of a forever home. The staff at Pet Supermarket step in and do an incredible job assisting with the process. They were so sweet and obviously love animals. Their participation elevated and personalized the experience. Once my daughter decided to go ahead with the adoption a staff member helped us collect all of the items that she needed to purchase for the new addition to the family. The store was well stocked with many variations to choose from. It was clean and organized.

The bunny was clearly sick. I walked over and looked at the fish and the tanks were covered with dead fish. The beta fish were dying. Unbelievable and so sad. Please don't give this place your dollars. Buy responsibly, don't support this animal abuse!!!

First timer but won't be the last time They have great selection of food but unfortunately they didn't have orijen so I went with taste of the wild Knowledgeable staff Polite Clean

It doesn't have actual pets per say, but most of the supplies you need. I was surprise not to find betta pebble foods, just flakes. They have the cutest dog clothes here. Thank most variety I've seen.

This pet supermarket is located at the corner of 434/Alafaya Trail and Aloma/Mitchel Hammock. It's a great store, but really, why put this store in such close proximity to such a horrendous intersection...making it a death wish to get out of the parking lot and requiring a few u turns to get into AND out of the lot!?! Really! That said- great staff, nice selection, clean and well lit. Get on their email list for coupons and join their free loyalty program to get free food (buy 11 or 12, get 1 free) The new store is great, the location is not.
