we went into the Goodwill. They have no changing rooms so you can’t try on anything and all the employees were rude.

Goodwill will eventually go out of business. Why? There prices for clothing men and women is outrageous. A pair jeans can be $8.99 and a simple womens top is $5.99 or more in Goodwil. Temu, tiktok shop and Shein “will” cause your company to loose business. All there items even household are only a few dollars with mainly no shipping.
People donate for free to Goodwill but then they gauge people with little monies forcing them to shop elsewhere. Sears, Kmart, CVS, and other stores refused to lower their prices and where are they now? WATCH the trend Goodwill, you are next if you dont stop price gauging on use items .Even dollar tree have cheaper items. I use to be a fan but no longer because prices AT GOODWILL are way too high.

I have shopped at Goodwill for 30 years and have always been pleased to do so until this last year. Affordable jeans, shorts and slacks have been a main attraction for me here, but trying them on is a must if I'm going to find ones that fit properly. Now, apparently, the Goodwill stores in town have REMOVED ALL of the dressing rooms. The 3 day policy to return items is a joke, and how's that gonna work if you have to try on 15 different jeans to find one pair that fits? Clothing is the main resale here, but now, there's NO WAY TO TRY ANYTHING ON, and what used to be "affordable " has jumped up in price! Sadly, I will no longer be able to shop at Goodwill stores.

Jackie, the manager, is incredibly rude to both customers and employees. Her attitude makes shopping here an awful experience. She needs serious customer service training or a new job. Avoid this place if you can.

Prices went up, again. For example a pair of used running shorts was $8.99 now $11.99. Used bras $2.99 to as high as $11.99. They lost customers after removing dressing rooms, the rewards program and the 7 day return policy. Their terrible solution, raise prices. Yeah, that'll get people to come back said no one ever. At these prices the clothing items should be washed and in excellent condition but many are far from that with strong body odors, piling, stains & big rips. The racks are so stuffed with overpriced clothes that you can't even get a finger inbetween the hangers. I used to spend $100-$300 here each month. In the last 3 months I bought 2 things.

No dressing rooms. No returns. Low quality donated items, marked up to retail prices. Not worth it the trip.

I usually love this goodwill but it’s gone downhill. the fitting rooms are gone so you have to just guess if clothes fit you and there’s no returns which is so ridiculous. And then the girl who checked me out literally rolled her eyes at me and kept grunting everytime she scanned something. I have never had a customer service experience this bad. Staff is so rude and they hate their jobs. As someone with social anxiety, I will never be coming back here because I don’t feel welcome.

High prices and workers giving attitude when you’re giving them your items, sighing loudly, rolling their eyes and when you wanna put items back they get worse also no fitting rooms, visiting America from another country and the experience was not a good one at all.

Great selection. A little pricey for a thrift store. Staff not overly friendly.

I love to look for clothes and house items especially in this economy but this is the worst store. No fitting rooms anymore or bench to sit on shoes. I asked an employee a question about some items they had he rudely responded I don't know while he looked through video games. You can keep your overpriced stuff and your rude employees

No fitting rooms?! I had clothes to try but I put them back. It says 3 days to return but no refunds??? Hard to shop for clothes with those policies. Can't try on and can't get a refund of they don't fit. ?

This is what you can expect from Goodwill now. Overpriced trash. Go to Ross and buy brand new items for less money than this garbage.
