I opened an account here in September 2023. It’s January 2024 and I still haven’t received my debit card. Despite having raised this issue in November of 2023, the card still wasn’t delivered.I called up to ask about my debit card and was told my checking account was closed. I didn’t receive any paper or electronic communication regarding the status of my account.When speaking with the bank manager, Matt, he informed me rudely (while talking over me and cutting me off) that the account has $0.00 in it and “what did you expect the bank to do?”The account had less than $10.00 in it, but I’m thankful because if I’d had more in my account it would’ve been lost to the aether without a word of warning.Throughout this conversation with Matthew, he was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. I will be taking my banking needs to Chase.

Best fifth third branch is in oviedo and best bank is Fifth third. I've been with them for 10+ yrs. The staff at the Oviedo Branch are so kind and go above and beyond for the customers.

I used to have a bank account in the North Pole, but the froze all my assets. Now i bank at 5/3 Oviedo and everythings grand ;)This is a nice convenient bank with friendly people and low crowds. All of the staff is super helpful. I'm always helped promptly. Jacqueline deposits our money with passion and precision while having a nice unstuffy natural conversation. Matt makes sure that I'm aware of products that will help my business (Thanks for the no-hassle PPP loan!). Jeff is quick with answers when something weird comes up. Love the hometown feel here. I have noticed that most of the clients are on a first name basis with the staff. Very happy to use 5/3 for our business banking!

I have been a member of 5/3 Bank since 2011 and last week I had an issue where there was a monthly service fee involved. I went in on 11/15/21, spoke to Mr. Barsoum and explained the situation. After Mr. Barsoum reviewed the account and understood what was happening, provided me with some ideas that helped me make a better decision than the one I already had.After that then I spoke to Mr. Smith who is the personal banker. After some questions and answers, Mr. Smith got my account up and running, including mobile banking with all the features I could get on the account. I'm VERY satisfied with their customer service.Thank You!

David is super helpful. I like 5/3 because you get the small bank friendly customer service while having the benefits of many locations that a big bank has.

I signed up they told me there where no fees. It's a secondary bank account for me and I don't typically use it. Apparently, after the first year they started charging me $11 a month, for 10 months. So I called to figure out why and they offered to refund me the most current charge. I asked to speak with a manager. Lori (sp?), the manager, got on the phone and proceeded to tell me there's nothing more they will do, so I said apparently you are a bank that doesn't care about customer service and she hung up the phone on me. The manager of the branch hung up on a customer! I guess my statement about not caring about customer service is correct.

I've been using fifth third for all my banking since 2011, and you get a mix of good and bad service depending on the area. This one is convenient and small, but the cashiers are stand offish and don't really want to help you because they just wanna get back to quietly standing. The drive through is super handy for depositing money on my way home from work because it's easy to get off and on the main road. So overall, not super great because the staff is kind of blah, but it is very convenient.
