I am so glad we are members! Everyone there has been outstanding. Having a Dr that you can contact and returns texts is amazing. I feel like we finally have Doctors that are compassionate and not in a hurry and rushed. 100% recommend!

I walked in the door and I was greeted by my name and a smile at Family Tree Primary Care Medicine. I was informed Dr. Irizarry-Miller will be with me shortly and within minutes she greeted me and we were off to a fantastic start. I cannot tell you the last time I spent a full hour with only the primary care provider. We went through the online information I filled out. She also offered up information about their model of practice. Routine vital signs were completed and we focused on my areas of concern. She provided me with information about how to go forward. Dr. Irizarry-Miller shows genuine care and understanding to assist you as a patient and get to know you better.Great emphasis is placed on texting her directly for appointments, concerns and questions. Even on a weekend!Grateful to be a part of Family Tree Primary Care!

I can say enough about how much better the experience of being a patient at Family Tree has been to any other medical experience I've had in my life. The ability to shoot my doctor a quick text to run something by her, or have a quick chat on the phone (usually same day) rather than going through an exhausting scheduling process, waiting in an uncomfortable office, etc etc is absolutely worth well over the monthly membership cost. I feel like the value I've gotten from being a patient has far exceeded what I've spent with them, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I've received so far.

This practice is next level. Finding a solid & knowledgeable pediatrician seems hard to come by nowadays. Dr Jahnke continues to stay up-to-date with his advice as evident in our visits. He doesn’t offer subjective advice & addresses exactly what we’re there for, unlike my experience in other ped offices that tend to trail off topic in wellness visits with my daughter —asking how sleep is , suggestive of sleep training & other dated advice in terms of breastfeeding , etc. He is awesome , the clinic feels like a cozy home which is a bonus . Sadly , we moved to Miami so no longer go here, BUT if we return to Orlando no doubt I’d go here for any & all medical needs.

This is the best doctor I’ve been to, and I love their model of practice. They are family friendly and care about overall health and not pushing anything you don’t need. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great family doctor.

Family Tree has been a great place for me to go for my primary care. I really feel like they care about my health and want the most natural results for me. It's very easy to get an appointment, I've been able to ask any and all questions I have, and it's super affordable. Would highly recommend!

Being a member of Family Tree has changed my entire outlook on health care. From getting a specialist referral appointment in half the usual time, to the 24/7 responses via text message, I feel much more proactive in my health journey. The entire staff is pleasant to deal with and my doctor, Dr. Jahnke, spent nearly 45 minutes with me during a recent visit to talk through my life, my health, and what I want to do with my time, living healthy. It was so different from every other annual visit I’d ever had! I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for more compassionate care with efficient access to specialists, imaging, and prescriptions at a fraction of the cost. The whole concept still blows my mind! Thanks, Family Tree!!!

I love Family Tree Primary Care! Dr. Jahnke is very friendly and comfortable to talk to. My kids love him. They respond very quickly and easy to get appointments. We also get a lot of great deals on medication and prices are lower than what I have experienced in the past.

Family Tree and their Physician’s provide excellent care. Their entire staff is warm and welcoming the moment you walk in the door. (doesn’t feel like your typical doctor’s office). You’re not sitting in the waiting room waiting for 30-60 minutes past your appointment time for someone to call out your name when it’s your turn. You are greeted by the physician who greets you with genuine concern for your visit. Their care is personal, attentive and never rushed. When you schedule an appointment, you’re not waiting days or weeks to be scheduled like most physician offices. Sometimes it’s the same day or next day scheduling. When I need imaging or tests, their negotiated rate with providers is significantly less than using my commercial insurance for those services. It’s a win for me. The doctors and staff will exceed your expectations!

My two kids and I joined Family Tree Primary Care two years ago, and it has been the BEST experience. The care we receive at this practice - from the office staff to the physicians - is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We truly feel blessed to have found them.
