They have an excellent selection of men's clothing and shoes. The people are friendly and very helpful. I really enjoy shopping here, and their cologne section is wonderful.

The ladies in the fragrance department were absolutely incredible. The customer service I received was beyond compare. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. Ms. Karin worked with me directly on finding some amazing scents. She educated me on the difference between which were best for day, night, and situational smells.
I cannot say enough great things about my experience here. I hope the company knows how great these employees are.

We found some great deals at Dillard's in Oviedo Mall. The customer service was excellent as we received quality service picking out merchandise- very helpful staff!!!! So what's the issue, the 2nd floor. Ceiling tiles missing, trash cans collecting water, rain dripping, and looks like mildew in a few spots too. Dillard's-please make this store look like Dillard's and not a dilapidated sears store.

Whole department of Murano says 65% off regular price. I pick one shirt and told its not on sale. Yet all signs on all racks says 65% off regular price. Your signs are very misleading. Dont post them on every rack!
