The CVS pharmacy needs improvement. When something is on hold, they don't call you and explain. You find out through the app. Had to go to Publix to get my Majaurno cause they couldn't get it. At least the Publix pharmacy called me and explained that the medicine is on backorder. CVS couldn't do that.

I wish I could leave negative stars. The pharmacy is the worst. They don’t care. My son has a seizure disorder and they will not order the med in advance to keep it in stock. So every month, for years, I’m frantic trying to fill it. The day I can fill it, they order it, then it can take one to two days to arrive. It is the most stressful thing and they could not care less. I left, but we need a brand name and insurance forces us to use CVS and it keeps us trapped in hell. It’s a controlled med so I can’t keep moving it. uugghhhhhh. Please go ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Pharmacy is horrible. Told me it takes 2 days to transfer an urgent prescription because the pharmacist is “too busy” and may get to it in 2 days.

I spoke with the Indian pharmacist over the phone and he was so rude and didn’t let me finish my sentence. Never going there again

This CVS Pharmacy is an excellent place for medication and any help related to health. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews, I've been to other brand name pharmacy and have encountered some great service. However, this CVS, Doug (amazing Pharmacist), and the staff, too! Keep up the excellent service!!!

I agree with many of the posts here about the bad attitude and very poor customer service at the Lockwood Oviedo CVS.

Just visited this store to use the atm which Capital One store partners with at the CVS. I request the atm dispense $200. Stood there for over 2 minutes waiting for the money to dispense, recognizing there was a issue with the machine I asked the cashier if I could speak to a Manager, which she said “she is the manger but I can’t help you with a technical error with atm.” I asked again for help with reporting this matter since she is the manager. Then miraculously she said, she isn’t the manager.. a total 360 because she needed an excuse to continue ignoring me. She yelled at me that she wasn’t the manager in front of the store manager which finally came out from back. This place as cameras, watch the camera to hear the entire exchange and that cashier entire response to me the customer. As a owner of my own business, I know not to ask a cashier for help because they have no power to fix problems, but when she said she was, my expectations was for her to at least come see the problem and help me report it. However she felt real comfortable ignoring me in the store as if I was a nobody citing that is basically not her job to help me. What kind of unprofessionalism is this. I would not partner with a company that makes it hard for customers to get help with CVS partnership with AllPoint and Capital One. Long story short, I explained the experience to the store manager and said I simply want to file a report regarding the machine malfunctioning and in ability to dispense cash. I had to stand there at least 5-10 mins as the machine spun saying it’s preparing my $200 cash, and I obviously couldn’t just walk away until the system stopped malfunctioning so my funds wouldn’t be taken. Overall it’s all out providing professional customer service and that experience felt discriminatory at best! Never again will I walk in here!

Worst pharmacy ever, I went last week to get the flu shot and talked to the pharmacist , he said we don’t accept walk in, you must schedule appointment, I asked him if he accept my insurance and he said yes, we accept all insurance, I scheduled appointment and when I went there, he told me we’re not working with your insurance company, I told him I asked you last week and you said we accept all kind of insurance. He said no.Really bad experience.

This CVS is awful. The pharmacy people kill this store with their bad attitudes and unwillingness to provide customer service. I asked when it would be ready, “when it’s ready, you’ll get a text” I said I have a hard time getting the texts to go thru…”what’s your number?”…”you’ll get a text”. 5 hours no text. It was ready an hour after I left. Then go back again for follow up meds, they text me, I go to pick up, and they try to send me to Walgreens bc they can’t find it….when I KNOW my medicine was sent to CVS bc my text literally read “your prescription is ready at CVS” and had their address listed in the same message!!! Can. Not. Stand. This. Pharmacy. People have enough problems when they are there, they don’t need ill attitudes as well!

I've been using CVS for years now recently had to switch to this one cause the one in Red Bug Lake Road closed and let me say the pharmacy in Lockwood is horrible they have no customer service orientation the people in the pharmacy are irresponsible the are nasty when you have a question the have even lost prescriptions of my husband's. I went to get a prescription and they told me there was an issue with the insurance I asked what's the issue he said I don't know above my pay rate and started laughing. It's the last time I will be using this CVS.

The fact that he didn’t let me use the self check out was weird cause the machine was working. I felt uncomfortable…Edit: that will be my last time there, it ruined my good mood. I’ll take my money to a place where I’m trusted. What a sad world we’re living.

The people that work in the pharmacy part really hate doing their actual job it seems. And they are not nice at all. Go to Walgreens down the street a little further or Winn Dixie across, or Publix down the street. Not worth the stress
