RUDE BANK TELLER!!!!!!!
I walk into the New Grain and Berry location. As I was waiting on my order to be finished. There Teller a brunette with curly hair and with glasses from Chase Bank location 3 Alafaya Woods Blvd, Oviedo, FL 32765. ( only reason I know this is cause I saw her badge)
The Teller started yelling and was being very rude to the whole staff at Grain and Berry.
From my understanding from just listing to the whole situation, They were out of an item and they were trying asking the Teller if she would like a replacement or a refund til their truck came in.
The manager even offer to walk over the item to them after it they get their delivered.
The Teller Called her a stupid B&$#!.
I found this unprofessional and horrible experience with the Teller, I was standing there in shock! and couldn't believe what I was witnessing this. I was actually embarrassed to be a Chase customer.
The other manager came out from the back and was trying to fix the whole situation again, The Teller proceed to say " YOU BANK WITH US AND ASK US TO COME BY and SUPPORT YOU!. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER"
while yelling at the young lady who was giving her a refund.
When the Teller decided to make this big issue in their lobby, I felt so sorry for the staff and I will be pulling all my accounts from Chase and a long with my husband business accounts. I feel like the Teller is ok to say " YOU BANK WITH US" how do I know she would not give out my account information. I don't want anyone know who I bank with. That's personal information.
The Bank manager needs to address this situation.

Terrible customer service, no people skills at all by Rosana. My mother walked out of there with her matter still unresolved only because she did not care to listen to what her intent was.

I showed up today to cash a check that my boss wrote me about 10 minutes prior, since my direct deposit isn't set up yet. The lady at the front (a brunette with glasses), was in charge of cashing my check. Well, after 5 minutes of waiting she said the computer won't let me process your check to cash it. She then passed me off to another lady who said that she couldn't cash it but I could deposit the funds. She also stated that they don't know why or couldn't explain to me why I was able to cash a check two weeks prior and not today. Then they proceeded to stamp a "endorsement canceled" stamp on my check. My cousin who works at the same company I do walked in and and cashed his check withoit issue. He made a small discussion about what had happened ro me and he ask if it's at the tellers discretion and they said yes. I work hard for my money and I do honest work this was uncalled for profiling. I do not recommend going to this branch unless you are ok with risking being profiled based of your appearance.

Chase's customer service is terrible. They haven't solved my problem for nearly a month, and the information they give me is different every time. It's so confusing. I don't recommend anyone to become their customer.

Every time I come to see a teller, we are waiting because they usually only have one teller working with a line of 4 or 5 guests.
