Cartridge World in Oviedo is a family run business. Have been with them since over 10 years ago! Can’t beat them. They are extremely low price for high quality printer and toner cartridges. They are cheaper than anything online. They are also ethically sourced and only use items not made in China. Their customer service is second to none. Everyone is always friendly, willing to offer advise and support whenever needed, even if you have a rare printer or cartridge. If you care about price, want to save money, help the environment and not contribute to forced labor with some other manufacturers, I would HIGHLY recommend using cartridge world for your printer and toner needs and cartridges!!

A definite diamond in the rough I have been out of toner for five days and been looking all over the place for a store that carries Xerox toner. I've Google several places and for some reason today cartridge world comes up when it didn't come up before boy am I glad that I found this place. I called to verify that they had the toner I was looking for, the person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and knowledgeable.

I am glad I found this place in Oviedo! Incredibly inexpensive and reliable. I have been using their cartridges for 6 years and have never had a problem. I am really frugal and try to save money wherever possible. I compared prices online, locally and I think this place is the cheapest! I use Brother cartridges and cannon cartridges. I print a lot of things for my line of business and run out of toner very quickly. I was told they do delivery for businesses- I signed up. The same excellent service and price continues with continued excellent price! Very happy I found this place

First time ever buying a re-manufactured ink cartridge. I give the manager my empty ink cartridge and, and I'm given a replacement for a very reasonable price. I get home and go to take it out of the box, and the plastic bag the cartridge was in has a pool of ink in it. I take the bag over my bathroom sink in order to keep ink from spilling everywhere. Ink was all over the cartridge. I took a paper towel and tried to wipe it off as best I could. I put it in my printer, and got three pages of print before it started to malfunction. I called the store, and the manager told me to reset the power on my printer. He started to blame my printer or the heat. I told him my printer was working fine before this, and that my car was air conditioned. I asked if I could return it, and I was told yes. I return it two days later, and the manager looks at the cartridge and says, "That does not belong to us." I told him it was the one he gave me. He said there was a yellow sticker missing from the cartridge. I told him I don't remember a yellow sticker being on it, or if there was one on it, then it came off due to the ink. He was insinuating that I brought back a different cartridge to get a refund. He wasn't going to give me a refund. I finally got him to give me another cartridge to replace the defective one. So I go home and dig through my garbage and what do I find, but the plastic bag with the sticker in it, that looks like it was never attached to the cartridge. No where on the receipt or the box does it state that a yellow sticker is required for a refund. Rude customer service. Insinuating I'm committing fraud. I contacted corporate about this. Will never do business with them again.

OMG, I love this place, they have always been so accommodating, even when I wait last minute and realize I am on my last cartridge! They deliver right to my door, so I never have to make a trip out during the work day! They have every variety of toners available and I love that they recycle everything, including reusing the box. Thank you!

Bought from them several times. Great prices, its nice that the cartridges are being re-manufactured and recycled. Only had a problem with a cartridge once and they allowed me to return it no questions. Great service and they even offer assistance with printer related problems.
