Anthony and his crew were fantastic. They were able to complete a two-story house in one day and were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Carpets and More to anyone who is looking to have carpets installed.

I just had all of my carpets replaced in my home. The installers were disrespectful, damaged several pieces of furniture, molding around my door frame, chipped paint, and left old carpet in my driveway and empty water bottles for me to clean. When brought to the owners attention, his response was how would I like to pay the remaining balance. There was no apology and no sense of concern to my property.

Had carpet installed and everything looks great. No issues. They were able to get me in quick, kept in contact about when installation was taking place, and followed up after service was completed. Installation team showed up on time and completed job quickly. Thanks again!

A quick note of thanks to Charles and his installers for getting new carpeting installed in my house. I was in town for Ian and needed to schedule installation for today (10/17) as our moving van would be arriving shortly. Charles was in the office 9/28, met me and went over the samples, came out to my house and measured the rooms, finalized the quote and then arranged for carpeting for 4 bedrooms all as the storm approached. Assured me the carpeting would arrive in time for installation today, even with the hurricane since their warehouse was in Georgia. Eddie and his son arrived promptly this morning and were done by early afternoon. Great job and am very happy with the product installed. Thanks Charles.

Although they came back several times to try to remedy the floor cracks and issues cause after their installation, the floors are still messed up and I now need to get a different company to fix what they couldn't fix. I hate giving bad reviews but they should k kw what they are doing and they clearly don't know. If you want carpet they can do that no problem, but laminate and vinyl they can't do. Almost a year after the installation I'm still dealing with their issues. Too bad for me.

We hired Carpets and More to tear out the worn out carpet and tile throughout our house, and replace with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The job took 6 days. The crew did an excellent job and paid attention to all the details. The crew's supervisor and the store manager checked in on us regularly to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. The only problem all week was the language barrier which made communicating with the crew difficult.

Not only does Carpets & More offer outstanding value and service they also provide you with continued outstanding service- best thing I did when I purchased flooring for my home was to purchase from them- outstanding value! When we redo our floors again I will call them! Im so glad I didn't go with The Big Box stores AAA+++

The previous owner was an awesome guy and his sub contactors did wonderful work on all 5 projects within our home. Decided to have another room done and again went to Carpets & More, but found out that the ownership had changed. I thought at the time I would receive the same type of service that I received in the past. I was completely WRONG!!! When the order was placed we were told that the previous wood floor was no longer available, but we were able to find a close enough match and agreed upon. The owner came out to our home to measure and I showed him the other 2 rooms and stated I wanted the room done exactly the same way. He said that would be done and gave us a date 3 weeks out for the job to be completed. The night before the installation to be completed the owner called us and said it would be at least 2 more weeks to have the flooring installed, but we had already cleared the room. I called the owner after the additional 2 weeks and confirmed that it was scheduled and his attitude was very rude. Once the installation was completed I looked at the floor and saw that it was done incorrectly and did not match our other 2 rooms. I called the owner and explained the situation and he said he would look into the matter and call us back. I called several more times and was told the same thing, but he never replied and now I'm stuck with a floor that is not installed the correct way! Will never use this company again and I suggest that you don't either!!

I called carpets and more to request their services and felt discriminated as the person started laughing and asking if there was going to be a person at home that spoke English. My family owns several properties around the area and thought we could work with them but will now be hiring someone that does not discriminate against Latinos.
