I have been going to Biofit for 7 months and I just love it! The trainers are so wonderful and they are so good to make many adaptations for me since I am older and such a beginner. Everyone is very patient with me which is so welcoming. I highly recommend this gym for any level of fitness!

I have been coming since Jan 2021 and have thoroughly enjoyed it! Great equipment, trainers, environment. They have an app to help you book classes and track weights. The strength class progression is fantastic for developing muscle and confidence. Thanks BioFit!

Worth every penny. I signed up two days ago and already feel like family. From the equipment to the amenities, everything in this facility is absolutely top notch. The trainers are phenomenal and go above and beyond. Such an impressive and well-run business. HIGHLY recommend.

Bio Fit is amazing! Everyone there is super nice and informative. The classes there are nice as well. The gym itself is organize and clean and I’ve always felt comfortable working out there. Training with Claudia has been amazing, she’s always wants to push you to do your best and has helped me tremendously. Overall 10/10
