$900 for a rapid Covid test. That's what they're charging my insurance company. Turns out, this place is out of network, so it looks like I'm on the hook for it. If you went here for a Covid test when they were “free” in 2020, check your insurance before going again.

I had a great experience, today! The nurse practitioner is very thorough and caring! She brought up all the items/tests, and procedures I would need. It was pretty amazing to get my blood work done there, too... In addition I received a B-12 shot. I highly recommend calling first or setting up an appointment to make sure someone is available, and/or to ask how many are waiting to be seen.

My SO got tested for covid here and the guy swabbed her nose poorly and the test came back negative. Went to urgent care the next morning and tested positive

I've come here twice now for rapid Covid tests. Yes you have to wait outside possibly in the sun. I grabbed an umbrella as to get my own shade. It also provides a barrier of sorts for the people in front and behind me. I found the staff to be very kind and accommodating as much as they could. There really is no other place in greater Orlando that I know of that I can register online and just show up during business hours and receive a rapid Covid test with results in under 30 mins. I have received mine in 10 mins both times I've been here. It's worth the 35 mins drive for me.

I went to take my mom for a covid test so she could travel back home. My mom was able to easily make an appointment online, showed up for her test and a nurse came out to check her in. Within 15 minutes she went inside and got tested. We came back for the results as she wanted the paper (old school!) but you can also get your results online. The nurses and staff are very friendly and patient. The seem to have 3 types of test: rapid, 12 hr PRC and 24 hr PRC.

Got the rapid COVID test here. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lines can get long at times but they came out and gave us water bottles which I thought was very thoughtful. They have quick results that you can see online. Make sure to register online beforehand.

By far the rudest staff I have ever come in contact with, extremely unprofessional in the way they deal with people. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Save your time and patience and go somewhere else!
