Stopped by the Oviedo location for a battery replacement and they provided great service. In and out in under 40 minutes. Logan the tech went above and beyond to clean the battery terminals and make sure the new battery was seated well. Highly recommend this AutoZone location on Alafaya Trail.

My car battery died, and I needed to replace my windshield wipers. Tom’s assistance with recommending a battery, windshield wipers, and installing them was fantastic. If it’s possible to give him a raise, he deserves it. Made everything easy and was fun to talk to! Thanks again Tom!

Giusephi was awesome and helped me not only pick the best oil I needed but also helped me pour it!! I’m a computer specialist not a car or hardware guy so they made me feel comfortable and gave me all the support i need. An awesome AutoZone that cares about their customers. :)

Very good service! I needed a new battery for my van, and I knew it was a bit trickier install than a normal battery. In fact, a nearby competitor wouldn't even consider installing it (it's not that tricky!). Ronnie met me at the door at this Autozone, found the battery I needed, and installed it for me at no cost without any hesitation or any problems. And he was super nice and informative along the way. Great customer service, and they've made a customer-for-life in me! Thank you!
